Solid sheesham wood daybed with trundle, handcrafted in Jodhpur, India
One daybed program, every style

A versatile seller: sofa by day, guest bed by night — and a frame your market already searches for.

The daybed is one of the most dependable lines a furniture importer can stock: it works in a living room, a guest bedroom, a studio, a reading nook or a hotel suite, and it sells to retail, hospitality and online channels alike. We build the frame in genuine solid wood with a carcass that survives commercial use, then finish it in the style your buyers want — carved, slatted, caned, iron-backed or upholstered. Our own factory plus a vetted Jodhpur network means a trial order and a repeat container come off the same quality-controlled line.

Care & longevity

A solid-wood daybed that outlasts the season's trend.

Because the frame is genuine solid wood rather than veneered panel, a daybed can be sanded, re-oiled and re-finished across years of use — a real advantage for hospitality buyers and for retailers selling on durability. Advise your customers to keep the frame out of direct heat and standing damp, wipe with a dry or barely-damp cloth, and re-apply wax or oil on natural finishes once or twice a year. We can supply a care and finish-maintenance sheet, matched to the exact finish on your order, for your packaging or product listings.

Daybed questions, answered

What buyers ask before they order.

What woods and materials do you use for daybeds?

We build daybeds in solid sheesham (Indian rosewood), mango, acacia, teak, reclaimed wood, rosewood, rubberwood and pine. Every daybed has a solid-wood frame; we also combine wood with wrought iron, cane or rattan backs, upholstered cushions, leather, bone or mother-of-pearl inlay and brass detailing. We do not supply plywood or panel daybeds.

What sizes do you make daybeds in?

We produce twin/single, full/double and trundle daybeds, and build to your exact mattress size on OEM orders. Typical frames suit a 36 x 75 in or 39 x 75 in mattress, with trundle pull-outs sized to match. Give us your market's mattress dimensions and we manufacture the frame to fit.

Can daybeds ship flat-pack to save freight?

Yes. We supply daybeds assembled or as knockdown / flat-pack (RTA), which lowers freight cost and breakage and maximises container density — ideal for large importers and online sellers. Fittings, slats and assembly instructions are packed with each unit.

What is your minimum order for daybeds?

A trial or sample daybed can ship LCL (part-container). For best wholesale pricing thereafter, one 20ft full container load is our standard minimum, and we consolidate daybeds with other furniture and décor into a single mixed container.

Are your daybeds compliant for import into the US and EU?

Yes. We document FSC chain-of-custody and Vriksh timber-legality, are EUDR-ready with geolocation and deforestation-free due diligence, and support US Lacey Act declarations, UK Timber Regulation, CARB / TSCA formaldehyde-compliant finishes and ISPM-15 heat-treated export packing, with SEDEX/SMETA, ISO and SGS behind it.

Do you make custom and private-label daybeds?

Yes — we are ODM (our own catalogue designs) and OEM (we build to your drawings, finishes and private-label specification), including custom CNC carving, bespoke frames and retail-ready or branded packaging for Wayfair, Amazon FBA and your own channels.
