Contract furniture manufacturer for the industries you serve.
We build solid-wood, wood-and-iron, marble and handcrafted furniture to project specification — for hotels, restaurants, retail floors, offices, schools and care homes. Commercial-grade build, repeatable batches, and import-ready paperwork on every container.
Contract furniture built to spec, not to a catalogue page.
Commercial buyers don't need a single showpiece — they need a hundred that match, that survive daily use, and that clear customs on schedule. We combine genuine Jodhpur craft with the factory capacity, managed QC and documented compliance to deliver a repeatable specification across rooms, stores and sites. Healthcare & care-home furnitureThe difference between a nice piece and a contract order.
Built for commercial use
Solid sheesham, mango, acacia and teak over seasoned frames, joined to take daily knocks — not a home-use build dressed up for a project. CARB / TSCA-compliant finishes that meet contract-grade expectations.
Repeatable to specification
We sample first, you approve wood, finish and dimensions, then we produce matching batches under managed QC — so room 2 looks like room 200 and the second container matches the first.
Consolidated & compliant
Seating, tables, casegoods and décor for a whole fit-out in one container, one invoice, with FSC, Vriksh, EUDR-ready and ISPM-15 documentation so the shipment clears on schedule.
Every industry has its own brief. We build to each.
Contract furniture isn't one product — a restaurant chair, a hotel headboard and a library shelf are judged on different things. This table maps each sector to the pieces we make most and the build priority that matters, so you can brief us quickly and quote accurately.
| Industry | Typical pieces | Build priority |
|---|---|---|
| Hospitality / hotels | Beds, headboards, casegoods, lounge seating | Matched across rooms, durable finish |
| Restaurants & bars | Dining chairs, banquettes, bar stools, tabletops | Heavy daily use, easy-clean finish |
| Retail & fixtures | Display tables, counters, shelving, props | Brand-consistent rollout |
| Office & workspace | Desks, meeting tables, storage | Solid build, cable & ergonomics-aware |
| Education & libraries | Study tables, desks, shelving, reading seating | Hard-wearing, safe edges |
| Healthcare & care homes | Seating, casegoods, reception furniture | Comfort, wipe-clean, stable |

Contract furniture manufacturing — answered.
What is a contract furniture manufacturer?
A contract furniture manufacturer builds furniture to a project's specification for commercial use — hotels, restaurants, offices, schools and healthcare — rather than for individual homes. It means commercial-grade build, repeatable batches, documented compliance and the ability to match drawings, finishes and dimensions across a whole fit-out.
Which industries do you manufacture contract furniture for?
We supply hospitality (hotels, restaurants, cafés, bars, resorts), retail and store fixtures, corporate and home offices, education (schools and libraries), healthcare and care homes, and places of worship — in solid wood, wood-and-iron, marble and handcrafted finishes, as both our ODM designs and full OEM to your specification.
Can you match a specification across a multi-room or multi-site project?
Yes. We prototype and sample first so you approve wood, finish and dimensions, then produce repeatable batches under managed QC across our own factory and vetted Jodhpur network — so a 200-room hotel or a retail rollout stays consistent from first container to repeat orders.
Is your contract furniture compliant for import and commercial use?
Yes. We document FSC chain-of-custody, Vriksh timber-legality, ISO and SGS inspection, with SEDEX/SMETA social audit, and we are EUDR-ready. We support US Lacey Act declarations, UK Timber Regulation, CARB/TSCA formaldehyde-compliant finishes and ISPM-15 export packing.
What is your minimum order for a contract project?
A trial or sample order can ship LCL so you can assess build quality. For best wholesale pricing thereafter, one 20ft full container load is our standard minimum, and we consolidate mixed categories — seating, tables, casegoods and décor — into a single compliant container.
What is the lead time for a contract furniture order?
Typical lead time is 30–45 days from approved sample, with full compliance documentation per shipment. Urgent orders can be accommodated at a premium, and a factory visit is available on prior intimation.
Brief us on your fit-out. We'll quote the whole container.
Whether it's one restaurant or a hotel rollout, send your specification and we'll come back with pieces, MOQs, lead time and FOB/CIF pricing — compliance documented from the first sample. Serious buyers are welcome to visit the factory on prior intimation.
