Delivery port or country and your preferred Incoterm — FOB or CIF. We ship from Mundra / Nhava Sheva and quote in USD, EUR or GBP as indicative currency.

What should I include in a furniture quote request?
Tell us the product or category, the woods, finishes and sizes you want, your target quantity (or whether you want a trial/LCL order first), your destination port and Incoterm (FOB or CIF), and your market so we can match US, EU or UK compliance. Drawings, reference photos or a competitor SKU all help us quote faster and more accurately.
What is your minimum order for a quote?
A trial or sample order can ship LCL (part-container). For best wholesale pricing thereafter, one 20ft full container load (FCL) is our standard minimum, and we consolidate mixed categories — furniture, metalware and décor — into a single compliant container.
How long does it take to get a quote?
Once we have your specification, destination and quantity, we return an indicative FOB/CIF quote with MOQ and lead time. For custom or OEM work we may ask for drawings or a sample approval before confirming final pricing. Lead time on confirmed orders is typically 30–45 days; urgent orders can be run at a premium.
Will you quote in USD, EUR or GBP?
Yes. We quote export-only in USD, EUR or GBP as indicative currency, FOB or CIF from Mundra or Nhava Sheva. We never publish prices — every quote is built to your specification, quantity and Incoterm.
Can I ask for samples before placing a full order?
Yes. We produce samples and prototypes so you can approve wood, finish and build quality before committing to a container. A trial order can ship LCL. Request a sample and we will include it in your quotation.
Is my quote request confidential, including for private-label work?
Yes. OEM, private-label and own-design projects are handled confidentially. Certificate numbers and documentation are shared directly with serious buyers on request rather than published, to protect both parties.
