We hold FSC chain-of-custody and Vriksh timber-legality verification, ISO quality management, SGS third-party inspection and SEDEX/SMETA social audits, and we are an EPCH member with RCMC and FIEO registration. Certificates are named here and the certificate numbers are shared directly with serious buyers on request.
Can you supply documents for US and EU customs clearance?
Yes. We are EUDR-ready with geolocation and deforestation-free due diligence for the EU, support US Lacey Act declarations, meet UK Timber Regulation requirements, and finish to CARB / TSCA Title VI formaldehyde norms for the US. Export packing is ISPM-15 heat-treated and marked.
Do you publish your certificate numbers?
No. We name every certification openly, but numbers are shared one-to-one with verified buyers to prevent misuse. Request a buyer pack and we send the relevant certificates and sample documentation directly.
Which timber species need special handling, and are you compliant?
Sheesham (Dalbergia sissoo) is CITES-listed, so we handle it with CITES-compliant documentation alongside Vriksh legality verification and FSC chain-of-custody, keeping it importable into regulated markets.
How is each shipment documented?
Every order ships with named certifications, EUDR geolocation and due-diligence records where required, Lacey or UKTR declarations by destination, ISPM-15 packing marks, and lot or heat traceability where applicable — so your clearance is a non-event.
