Factory capacity you can plan a season around.
The question behind every serious enquiry is the same: can this furniture manufacturer actually produce what I need, on time, at the quality my shelves and floors demand? Our answer is built on an owned factory plus a vetted multi-cluster network — scaling cleanly from a trial order to large, repeat container volumes, QC-governed at every step.
A manufacturer's capacity is only useful if it holds at your scale.
Plenty of Jodhpur exporters can make a beautiful sample. Far fewer can repeat that sample across a 40ft container, then do it again next quarter, across furniture, metalware, marble and décor, without quality drifting. Capacity, for an importer, is not a photo of a workshop — it is a documented, repeatable ability to deliver the same specification at volume. That is what this page sets out.
Owned core factory
Our own facility runs core Jodhpur solid-wood and wood-and-iron production — the categories that carry our name and set the finishing standard the rest of the network matches.
Vetted cluster network
A managed network across Jodhpur, Moradabad, Saharanpur and Jaipur adds brass and metal artware, fine carved wood, marble, stone and décor — so breadth scales without a quality trade-off.
One QC standard
Every workshop is pre-qualified and inspected to a single standard, in-process and before packing, with third-party SGS inspection available on request.
What you can expect — and what it means for your shipment.
Read this table the way a sourcing team does: the left column is the requirement you are evaluating us against; the right column is the standard we commit to and document per order.
| Requirement | Our standard |
|---|---|
| Minimum order | Trial / sample ships LCL; 1× 20ft FCL minimum thereafter for best pricing |
| Scale ceiling | Trial order up to large, repeat multi-container volumes |
| Category breadth | Furniture · metalware · marble & stone · décor — consolidated in one container |
| Lead time | 30–45 days typical from approved sample; urgent orders at a premium |
| Quality control | In-process & pre-packing QC on every piece; SGS third-party inspection on request |
| Construction | Assembled or knockdown / flat-pack for higher container density & lower breakage |
| Export packing | ISPM-15 heat-treated timber packaging; retail-ready & FBA-ready options |
| Documentation | Per-shipment compliance paperwork — FSC, Vriksh, EUDR-ready due diligence |
| Verification | Factory visit on prior intimation, or video walkthrough |
From a first trial to a standing quarterly order.
The risk importers fear is the second order — the one where the price was agreed on a flawless sample and the container arrives a shade off. We manage that by anchoring every category to a reference sample you have approved, then holding the network to it. The trial you sign off on becomes the control for every repeat run.
Flat-pack and knockdown construction do double duty here: they lift the number of units per container and cut transit breakage, so large volumes stay both economical and intact. For online sellers and large importers, that density is often the difference between a landed cost that works and one that does not.
Trial
LCL sample order. Validate wood, finish, build and packing before you commit capital.
First FCL
One 20ft container, mixed categories allowed, produced to your approved reference.
Repeat
Standing multi-container volumes on a planned cycle, same QC standard each time.
Custom scale
ODM catalogue or OEM private-label, with CNC carving and bespoke runs to spec.
Scale and paperwork are the same promise.
Capacity without documentation is just optimism. The reason our factory network is a trust wedge is that it carries the paper trail with it — FSC chain-of-custody, Vriksh timber-legality and EUDR-ready geolocation travel with the goods, whether you order one container or ten. A single vetted source means one QC standard, one compliance file and one point of contact, so a larger order adds volume, not risk, to your shipment.
Factory capacity, answered.
What production capacity can a furniture manufacturer realistically commit to?
We fulfil from a single trial or sample order up to large, repeat container volumes. Our own factory handles core Jodhpur solid-wood and wood-and-iron production, while a vetted multi-cluster network across Jodhpur, Moradabad, Saharanpur and Jaipur adds brass and metalware, fine carved wood, marble, stone and décor capacity — so a growing order never outruns the supply base.
What is your minimum order quantity?
A trial or sample order can ship LCL (part-container) so you can validate wood, finish and build before committing. For best wholesale pricing thereafter, one 20ft full container load (FCL) is our standard minimum, and we consolidate mixed categories — furniture, metalware and décor — into a single compliant container.
How do you keep quality consistent when scaling across a manufacturing network?
Every workshop in the network is vetted and works to one QC standard. Pieces are inspected in-process and before packing, with third-party SGS inspection available on request, so a 20ft trial and a repeat multi-container run leave the port to the same specification.
What is your lead time for a full container?
Typical lead time is 30–45 days from approved sample and confirmed order. Urgent orders can be expedited at a premium. Flat-pack / knockdown construction raises container density and reduces breakage, which helps keep large runs on schedule.
Can I visit the factory before placing a large order?
Yes. Factory visits are welcome on prior intimation so you can see production, finishing and QC first-hand. If a visit is not practical, we arrange a video walkthrough and share references for the specific categories you are sourcing.
How does your capacity reduce risk for my shipment?
One vetted source consolidates furniture, metalware, marble and décor into a single container with one QC standard, one set of compliance documents and one point of contact — fewer suppliers, fewer failure points, and a documented, EUDR-ready paper trail that keeps your container moving at customs.
Tell us your volumes — we'll map the capacity to them.
Share your categories, target quantities and timelines. We will come back with MOQs, a 30–45 day production plan and the compliance documentation your market requires, quoted FOB or CIF from Mundra / Nhava Sheva.
