Contract-grade solid-wood hospitality furniture made in Jodhpur, India
Why it holds up

Contract-grade is a build standard, not a label.

Built for commercial wear

Kiln-dried solid hardwood — sheesham, mango, acacia, teak and reclaimed wood — with reinforced joinery and metal bracketing where it matters. Finishes resist spills, heat and the repeated cleaning that hospitality floors demand.

Made to your specification

Work OEM to your FF&E drawings, dimensions, finishes and fabrics, or ODM from our catalogue. Custom CNC carving and prototype approval mean the sample on your desk is the piece that ships in the container.

Opening-date reliability

Our own factory plus a vetted Jodhpur network delivers from a first trial order to a full-property rollout on a 30–45 day lead time, QC-checked and consolidated — so a fixed opening date stays fixed.

Specify with confidence

Match the piece to the space.

Every hospitality zone puts a different demand on the furniture. Use this as a starting point for your specification, then send us the finishes, fabrics and dimensions and we will build to them — with the wood species and compliance documented per shipment.

Hospitality projects are scrutinised — by owners, operators and customs alike. We document FSC chain-of-custody, Vriksh timber-legality and EUDR-ready, deforestation-free due diligence, with SEDEX/SMETA social audit and ISO and SGS inspection. We support US Lacey Act declarations, UK Timber Regulation, CARB/TSCA formaldehyde-compliant finishes and ISPM-15 heat-treated export packing. Certificate numbers go to serious buyers directly, on request.

Questions buyers ask

Hospitality furniture, answered.

What makes furniture contract-grade for hotels and restaurants?

Contract-grade pieces are built to survive heavy, continuous commercial use — kiln-dried solid hardwood, reinforced mortise-and-tenon or metal-bracketed joinery, commercial-grade upholstery and finishes that resist spills, heat and repeated cleaning. We build to that standard across hotel, restaurant, café and bar lines, and document the wood species, finish and construction on every order.

Can you manufacture to an architect's or FF&E specification?

Yes. We work OEM — we produce to your drawings, dimensions, finish and fabric specifications — as well as ODM from our own catalogue. That covers full FF&E packages for hotels, resorts and restaurant groups, with custom CNC carving, bespoke sizing and prototype approval before the production run.

What is the minimum order for a hospitality fit-out?

A trial or sample order can ship LCL (part-container) so you can approve build quality first. For best pricing thereafter, one 20ft full container load is our standard minimum, and we consolidate mixed items — dining, lounge, bar and outdoor — into a single compliant container for a complete venue.

Is your hospitality furniture compliant for import into the US and EU?

Yes. We document FSC chain-of-custody, Vriksh timber-legality and EUDR-ready due diligence, with SEDEX/SMETA social audit and ISO and SGS inspection. We support US Lacey Act declarations, UK Timber Regulation, CARB/TSCA formaldehyde-compliant finishes and ISPM-15 export packaging.

How long does a hospitality order take to produce?

Typical lead time is 30–45 days from approved sample and confirmed order, with QC on every piece. Urgent projects can be expedited at a premium. We ship FOB or CIF from Mundra or Nhava Sheva.

Do you make outdoor and poolside furniture for resorts?

Yes — we produce garden, terrace and poolside pieces in weather-tolerant solid woods such as teak and acacia, often paired with wrought iron and stone, plus stone planters, fountains and bird baths from Rajasthan's quarries for landscaped resort settings.
