Solid sheesham wood bed with upholstered headboard handcrafted in Jodhpur, India
One certified source for the whole bedroom

Every wooden bed we ship starts with a genuine solid-wood frame.

We are a manufacturer-exporter in Jodhpur — India's largest solid-wood furniture cluster. A bed takes more abuse than almost any piece in the home, so we build frames from kiln-dried sheesham, mango, acacia and reclaimed hardwood, with mortise-and-tenon or bolt-and-barrel joinery and full-length slat support. No particle board, no panel beds. Combine the frame with a carved, cane, bone-inlay, wrought-iron or upholstered headboard and it becomes a range you can brand and sell on three continents.

The compliance edge

Bed frames that clear customs while others wait.

Solid-wood beds are timber products, so they fall squarely under the EU Deforestation Regulation, the US Lacey Act and the UK Timber Regulation. We build the paperwork into every order — geolocated, deforestation-free, Vriksh-verified sheesham and FSC chain-of-custody — and ship CARB/TSCA-compliant finishes so a children's or contract bed passes the same scrutiny as any domestic brand.

Care & longevity

How to keep a solid wood bed sound for years.

Share this with your own customers to cut returns. Keep the frame out of direct sun and away from radiators to prevent the timber drying and checking. Dust with a soft dry cloth; wipe spills immediately and never use silicone or ammonia sprays. Re-tighten the bolts at the rail-to-leg joints a few weeks after assembly and once a season — solid wood moves slightly as it settles. A light wax or recommended wood conditioner twice a year keeps sheesham, mango and acacia rich. Every bed ships with a printed care-and-assembly card, co-brandable for your range.

Questions buyers ask

Wooden beds — common questions.

What woods do you use for your beds?

We build beds in solid sheesham (Indian rosewood), mango, acacia and teak, plus reclaimed/old-wood frames. Every bed has a solid-wood frame and slats — we do not supply particle-board or veneered panel beds. Headboards can combine solid wood with wrought iron, cane/rattan, bone inlay or upholstery.

What bed sizes can you manufacture?

We make every standard export size — US Twin, Full, Queen, King and California King; UK Single, Double, King and Super King; and EU 140, 160, 180 and 200 cm widths. Because we manufacture to order, we also cut headboard heights, rail depths and clearance to your drawings for private-label ranges.

Do your beds ship flat-pack or assembled?

Both. Most export beds ship knockdown (flat-pack / RTA) — the headboard, footboard, side rails and slat kit bolt together with supplied hardware. Flat-pack lowers freight cost and breakage and maximises container density. Assembled frames are available where a buyer or finish requires it.

Are your beds compliant for import into the US and EU?

Yes. We document FSC chain-of-custody and Vriksh timber-legality, handle sheesham under CITES, and are EUDR-ready with geolocation and deforestation-free due diligence. We support US Lacey Act declarations, UK Timber Regulation, CARB/TSCA formaldehyde-compliant finishes and ISPM-15 heat-treated export packing.

What is your minimum order for beds?

A trial or sample bed can ship LCL. For best wholesale pricing thereafter, one 20ft full container load (FCL) is our standard minimum — and beds mix freely with nightstands, dressers and other bedroom pieces in a single consolidated container.

Can you make beds to our own design or private label?

Yes. We are both ODM (our catalogue designs) and OEM — we build to your drawings, dimensions, finish and hardware, with custom CNC carving and branded or retail-ready packaging for your bedroom range.
