Can I visit your furniture factory in India?
Yes. We welcome serious B2B buyers — importers, distributors, retailers, designers and hospitality groups — to visit our workshop in Jodhpur, Rajasthan. Visits are by prior appointment so we can prepare samples, line up the right craftspeople and plan your time on the floor. Send your dates and interests through Request a Quote and we will confirm.
Do I have to visit before placing an order?
No. A factory visit is optional. Many buyers start with samples (shipped LCL) and third-party inspection such as SGS, then scale to full containers. A visit simply gives you first-hand confidence in our capacity, craft and compliance before or alongside your first order.
What will I see during the factory visit?
You will see the full log-to-finish journey: timber selection and seasoning, cutting and CNC machining, hand-carving and joinery, metalwork, sanding, finishing and QC, through to flat-pack and ISPM-15 export packing. We also walk you through our FSC, Vriksh and EUDR-ready documentation and show live production.
Where is the factory and how do I get there?
We are in Jodhpur, Rajasthan — India's largest solid-wood furniture and handicraft export hub. Jodhpur has its own airport with domestic connections, and is reachable by rail and road. Once your visit is confirmed we share directions and timing; we do not publish our address publicly.
Can you arrange visits to other clusters like Moradabad or Saharanpur?
Yes. Beyond our own Jodhpur factory we work with a vetted manufacturing network across Jodhpur, Moradabad, Saharanpur and Jaipur. For multi-category sourcing — brass artware, fine carved wood, marble and décor — we can plan a combined itinerary so you see the relevant units on one trip.
