Vintage bar cabinets, handcrafted in Jodhpur — wholesale for importers, retailers and hospitality.
Reclaimed and solid wood, hand-distressed finishes and aged iron or brass hardware — with bottle storage, stemware rails and a working surface built in. Manufacturer-direct, compliance-documented and container-ready, from a trial order up.
A vintage bar cabinet reads as collected, not bought — and that is exactly why it sells.
Buyers reach for the aged look because it carries a story a glossy new cabinet cannot: worn edges, a weathered patina, strap hinges and apothecary drawers that feel salvaged from a grand old bar. It anchors a home drinks corner, a lounge, a boutique hotel suite or a restaurant back-bar. We build it honestly — reclaimed or solid wood doing the structure, a hand-applied distressed finish doing the character, and aged metal hardware finishing the period feel. Choose a ready design from our catalogue or hand us your own drawing and brand.
Authentic age, applied by hand — not printed on a panel.
A convincing vintage cabinet comes from three decisions working together — the wood, the finish and the hardware. We match each to how you sell and ship it.
Reclaimed & old wood
Genuine salvaged timber brings real age — tonal variation, nail-holes, saw-marks and grain no new board can fake. It is also the deforestation-free, sustainability-forward line for buyers who want a story on the shelf edge.
Hand-distressed finishes
On new solid wood we build the look by hand: dry-brushing, light worm-holing, rubbed-through edges, colour-wash and weathered or waxed patina — so you get repeatable sizes and quality with an authentically aged face.
Aged iron & brass hardware
Antiqued wrought-iron strap hinges, cup pulls, gallery rails and tapered feet, or warm aged brass detailing — the metalwork that tells the eye this cabinet has a past, however it was built.
Whatever the route, the carcass, shelves and dovetailed drawers are solid wood so the cabinet survives a working bar. Read how salvaged timber behaves and why it clears customs cleanly on our reclaimed wood material guide, or weigh it against new timber in reclaimed vs new wood. One aesthetic, many looks — matched to your sample before we cut a container.
Distress level, to order
From a light rub-through that just softens the edges to a heavily weathered, decades-old look — specified and signed off on your sample so every cabinet in the container matches.

Natural waxed tones, dark antique stains, lime-wash and colour-wash over bare grain, finished matt or satin. All finishes are CARB/TSCA-compliant and sealed for indoor bar use.
Working bar interior
Dovetailed and apothecary drawers, adjustable shelves, bottle dividers, stemware rails, a pull-out serving surface and an optional marble-topped or mirrored back — specified to your service.

Made for hospitality & retail
The vintage look suits period-styled hotel suites, speakeasy lounges, restaurants and boutique retail, where a cabinet is as much display as storage. We build the carcass to commercial-use expectations, QC each lot, and apply the distress so it reads consistent across the order. See the full range we make for hotels, restaurants and bars.
Import-ready & easy to care for
A waxed or sealed vintage finish wants only a dry or barely-damp soft cloth and an occasional re-wax — and the distressed face hides everyday marks rather than showing them. On the paperwork side, the wood carcass and the container clear with FSC, Vriksh, EUDR-ready and CARB/TSCA documentation. See every certification we hold.
Vintage bar cabinets — wholesale & export FAQ
What makes a bar cabinet vintage?
A vintage bar cabinet earns its look from an aged, collected-over-time character rather than a brand-new finish. We build that honestly: reclaimed or old solid wood that already carries grain, nail-holes and tonal variation; a distressed finish — dry-brushed, lightly worm-holed, rubbed-through edges or a weathered patina — over a solid sheesham, mango, acacia or reclaimed carcass; and aged hardware in antiqued iron or brass, with gallery rails, cup handles and strap hinges. Colonial and apothecary-drawer silhouettes complete the period feel. Every cabinet has at least one solid-wood component; we do not supply plywood-only or panel units.
Are your vintage bar cabinets new or genuinely old?
Both approaches are available. Most are newly built cabinets given an authentic vintage finish — so you get repeatable dimensions, modern bottle-and-glassware storage and consistent quality across a container, with the aged look applied by hand. Where you want true age in the material, we build from genuine reclaimed and old wood salvaged from old structures and furniture, so each piece carries real history and grain. Tell us which route suits your range and we sample it first.
What is the minimum order for wholesale vintage bar cabinets?
A trial or sample order can ship LCL (part-container) so you can approve the wood, distress level and hardware before committing. For best wholesale pricing thereafter, one 20ft full container load is our standard minimum, and we consolidate vintage bar cabinets with sideboards, console tables, trunks, décor and metalware into a single mixed container.
Can you make vintage bar cabinets to our own design or private label?
Yes. We work as both ODM (our catalogue designs) and OEM — manufacturing to your drawings, dimensions, distress level, finish colour, hardware and interior fit-out, with custom CNC carving, your branding and retail-ready or Amazon-FBA packaging. Send a reference image or spec and we prototype to it before any production run.
Are your vintage bar cabinets compliant for US and EU import?
Yes. We document FSC chain-of-custody, Vriksh timber-legality and CITES-compliant sheesham handling, with ISO, SGS and SEDEX/SMETA audits, EUDR-ready due diligence, US Lacey Act support, UK Timber Regulation, CARB/TSCA-compliant finishes and ISPM-15 export packing. Reclaimed-wood lines carry their own deforestation-free advantage on the paperwork.
What is the lead time for a vintage bar cabinet order?
Typical production is 30–45 days after sample approval, depending on quantity, the amount of hand-distressing and the interior fit-out. Urgent orders can be accommodated at a premium. We ship FOB or CIF from Mundra or Nhava Sheva.
Send a reference or your catalogue — we'll quote, sample and ship.
Tell us the style, wood, distress level, hardware, interior, quantity and market. We confirm the build, finish, fit-out, MOQ and a FOB/CIF price, produce a sample for approval, then manufacture and pack to your standard on a 30–45 day lead time.
