Bar cabinets, built in solid wood and made to export.
Solid sheesham, mango, acacia and reclaimed-wood bar cabinets — paired with wrought iron, marble, cane or brass, finished for the shelf and the hotel floor, and shipped by the container with the paperwork already done.
From a retail bar cabinet to a full hospitality back-bar.
A bar cabinet is a high-margin, high-interest piece — it anchors a dining room, a lounge, a home office or a hotel suite. We make it as a genuine solid-wood product: dovetailed drawers, real hardwood carcasses, wine and bottle storage, stemware racks and a surface that survives a working bar. Stock a catalogue range, or have us build to your exact drawing, finish and brand.

Sheesham bar cabinets that clear customs, not sit at the port.
Bar cabinets are often built in sheesham — a Dalbergia species under CITES scrutiny and squarely within the EU Deforestation Regulation. We handle that before you ask: geolocated, deforestation-free, Vriksh-verified timber with FSC chain-of-custody, Lacey Act declaration support and UK Timber Regulation coverage, documented per shipment.
| Requirement | Our standard |
|---|---|
| Timber legality | Vriksh verified · CITES-compliant sheesham |
| Sustainability | FSC chain-of-custody · reclaimed-wood lines |
| EU market | EUDR-ready · geolocation · UKTR |
| US market | Lacey Act support · CARB / TSCA finishes |
| Social audit | SEDEX / SMETA · ISO · SGS inspection |
| Export packing | ISPM-15 heat-treated · flat-pack options |
Built to work behind a bar.
Finish & surface
Our finishes are CARB / TSCA Title VI compliant and chosen for a working bar — wipe spills promptly, use coasters under bottles, and keep the cabinet out of direct sun and off heat sources to protect solid-wood tops. Marble and stone tops are sealed; re-seal periodically for stain resistance.
Retail-ready documentation
Each shipment carries care guidance you can pass to your own customers, plus the compliance file your customs broker needs. Branded, retail-ready and Amazon-FBA-ready packaging is available so cabinets arrive shelf- or dropship-ready.
Bar cabinet sourcing questions, answered.
What woods and materials do you use for bar cabinets?
We build bar cabinets from solid sheesham (Indian rosewood), mango, acacia, teak and reclaimed/old wood, combined on request with wrought iron, marble or stone tops, cane or rattan fronts, brass or bone-inlay detailing and glassware racks. Every cabinet has a solid-wood core — we do not supply plywood or panel-only units.
What is the minimum order for bar cabinets?
A trial or sample order can ship LCL (part-container) so you can approve the wood, finish and build first. For best wholesale pricing thereafter, one 20ft full container load is our standard minimum, and we consolidate bar cabinets with sideboards, dining and décor into a single mixed container.
Can you make bar cabinets to our own design or private label?
Yes. We work as ODM from our own catalogue and as OEM to your drawings, dimensions, finishes and private-label or retail-ready packaging — including custom CNC carving, bespoke sizing for hospitality fit-outs and branded gift or Amazon-FBA-ready cartons.
Are your bar cabinets compliant for import into the US and EU?
Yes. We document FSC chain-of-custody, Vriksh timber-legality and CITES-compliant sheesham handling, with ISO, SGS and SEDEX/SMETA audits. We are EUDR-ready with geolocation and deforestation-free due diligence, and we support US Lacey Act declarations, UK Timber Regulation, CARB/TSCA finishes and ISPM-15 export packing.
Do you ship bar cabinets flat-pack to save freight?
Many of our bar cabinets are available knockdown/flat-pack (RTA) to cut freight cost and transit breakage and to raise container density — ideal for large importers and online sellers. Fully assembled builds are also available where the design or buyer prefers.
What is the lead time for a bar cabinet order?
Typical production lead time is 30–45 days after sample approval, with QC on every piece and full compliance documentation per shipment. Urgent orders can be expedited at a premium. We ship FOB or CIF from Mundra or Nhava Sheva.
