What is the difference between an OEM and ODM furniture manufacturer?
OEM means we manufacture to your drawings, finishes and specifications — the product is your design, built in our factory under your brand. ODM means you private-label a design we already make. We are both: you can start fast from our catalogue as ODM, commission fully bespoke pieces as OEM, or mix the two in one container.
Will you keep our designs and brand confidential?
Yes. We work under a mutual NDA on request, treat your drawings, finishes, tooling and brand as yours alone, and do not resell your exclusive designs or name you as a reference without permission. Confidentiality is standard for private-label and OEM programmes.
What is the minimum order to manufacture our own range?
A trial or sample order can ship LCL (part-container) so you can test the product and your market first. For best wholesale pricing thereafter, one 20ft full container load (FCL) is our standard minimum, and we consolidate mixed categories into a single branded container.
Can you match an existing product or a specific look for our brand?
Yes. Send a physical sample, photographs or drawings and we reverse-engineer the construction, wood, finish and dimensions, then produce a pre-production sample for your approval before any volume is cut. Custom CNC carving lets us reproduce detailed and signature designs accurately.
Do you work with new and smaller brands, not just large importers?
Yes. A first range can begin with an LCL trial and a short list of SKUs, then scale to repeat full containers once the sample, packaging and QC spec are locked. We build for online sellers, independent retailers and growing private labels as well as large importers.
Is OEM furniture made in India import-compliant for our market?
Yes. We document FSC chain-of-custody, Vriksh timber-legality and SEDEX/SMETA social audit, with ISO and SGS inspection, and we are EUDR-ready. We support US Lacey Act declarations, UK Timber Regulation, CARB/TSCA finishes and ISPM-15 export packing. Certificate numbers are shared directly with serious buyers.
