Private label furniture process — from your brief to your branded container.
A clear, documented route from first drawing to a loaded container: sampling, MOQ, compliant production, your brand on the product and packaging, and FOB/CIF shipping from India. Built so a retailer, importer or online seller can launch a range under their own name with confidence.
Your design, your brand, our factory and compliance.
We are both ODM and OEM. You can private-label an existing design from our catalogue, or we can manufacture entirely to your drawings, finishes and specifications. Either way the furniture ships under your brand — your logo, your labels, your packaging — backed by the same timber-legality and social-audit paperwork that clears customs in the US, UK and EU. The process below is how a brief becomes repeatable, container-scale production.
Seven steps from brief to branded container.
Brief & references
You send drawings, photos, physical samples or a catalogue reference, plus target wood, finish, destination market, approximate quantities and your brand and packaging needs. Clear inputs produce an accurate first quote faster.
Quote, MOQ & costing
We respond with FOB or CIF pricing from Mundra / Nhava Sheva, the MOQ, lead time and recommended pack format. A trial can ship LCL; repeat volume is costed per full container.
Sampling & prototyping
We produce a pre-production sample — including CNC-carved detail where your design calls for it — so you approve wood, joinery, finish, hardware and dimensions before any volume is cut.
Order & compliance scope
On sample approval we confirm the order, the pack mix and the compliance set for your market — FSC chain-of-custody, Vriksh, EUDR geolocation, Lacey, UKTR or CARB / TSCA as applicable.
Production & QC
Your range is made in our own factory and vetted Jodhpur network over a 30–45 day lead time, QC-checked against the approved sample, with SGS third-party inspection available on request.
Branded packaging
Your logo, labels, barcodes, care cards and carton artwork are applied — custom, retail-ready, Amazon-FBA-ready or gift packaging, in assembled or flat-pack / knockdown form for freight efficiency.
Pack, load & ship
Goods are ISPM-15 export-packed, loaded and shipped FOB or CIF from Mundra / Nhava Sheva, with full documentation and lot traceability handed over for a clean clearance.
Then: repeat & scale
With the sample, tooling and pack spec locked, repeat orders move straight to production — from a single container to large, recurring volumes under the same brand and QC regime.

Export packaging & brandingPrivate label furniture process — FAQ
How does the private label furniture process work?
It runs in seven stages: share your brief and references, we quote FOB/CIF with MOQ and lead time, we produce a sample for approval, we confirm the order and compliance scope, we manufacture and QC over 30–45 days, we apply your branded or retail-ready packaging, then we load and ship from Mundra or Nhava Sheva. A trial can ship LCL; repeat volume ships by full container.
What is the minimum order for private label furniture?
A trial or sample order can ship LCL (part-container) so you can test the product and your market first. For best wholesale pricing thereafter, one 20ft full container load (FCL) is our standard minimum, and we consolidate mixed categories into a single container.
How long does private label production take?
Typical lead time is 30–45 days from approved sample and confirmed order to a loaded container, including QC and compliance documentation. Urgent orders can be run at a premium. Sampling time is additional and depends on the design and finish.
Can you put our brand on the furniture and packaging?
Yes. As an OEM manufacturer we produce to your drawings, finishes and specifications, and we offer custom, retail-ready, Amazon-FBA-ready, branded and gift packaging — including your logo, labels, barcodes, care cards and carton artwork.
Is private label furniture from India import-compliant?
Yes. We document FSC chain-of-custody, Vriksh timber-legality and SEDEX/SMETA social audit, with ISO and SGS inspection, and we are EUDR-ready. We support US Lacey Act declarations, UK Timber Regulation, CARB/TSCA finishes and ISPM-15 export packing. Certificate numbers are shared directly with serious buyers.
What do we need to send you to start?
A product brief with references, drawings or samples, your target wood and finish, approximate quantities, destination market and any brand and packaging requirements. From that we quote, cost the MOQ and propose a sampling plan — the fewer gaps, the faster the first accurate quote.
