What is the difference between OEM and ODM furniture manufacturing?
OEM means we build to your drawings, dimensions, finishes and brand — a true make-to-client-spec program. ODM means you select from our ready catalogue designs and we produce them under your label with your chosen wood, finish and packaging. We offer both, so you can move fast on ODM lines and develop signature OEM pieces in parallel.
Can you put our brand on the product and the packaging?
Yes. We apply your brand through engraved or branded marks, woven or printed labels, hangtags, and custom, retail-ready, gift or Amazon-FBA-ready packaging with your artwork and barcodes. Your buyer sees your brand end to end — the factory stays invisible.
What is the minimum order for a private-label program?
A trial or sample order can ship LCL so you can prove the product before scaling. For best wholesale pricing thereafter, one 20ft full container load is the standard minimum, and we consolidate mixed private-label categories — furniture, metalware and décor — into a single container.
Is private-label production import-compliant for the US and EU?
Yes. Every private-label order carries the same documentation as our catalogue lines: FSC chain-of-custody, Vriksh timber-legality and EUDR-ready due diligence, with US Lacey Act support, UK Timber Regulation, CARB/TSCA formaldehyde-compliant finishes and ISPM-15 export packing.
How long does private-label development and production take?
After samples are approved, bulk production runs on a typical 30–45 day lead time, with QC on every piece before loading. Sampling and prototyping add time up front, and urgent orders can be expedited at a premium.
Will you keep my designs confidential?
Yes. OEM designs, specifications and artwork are produced for your brand only, within our own factory and vetted manufacturing network under managed QC. We do not publish client names or resell bespoke private-label designs.
