A live edge wall shelf is a solid-wood board mounted to the wall that keeps the tree's natural, undulating outer contour — the bark-line edge — on one or both long sides, instead of being sawn and planed dead-straight. We cut each board from solid acacia, mango, sheesham, teak or reclaimed timber, square the back and wall side for a clean fit, then sand and seal the natural edge. It can be hung bracket-free on a concealed rod or cleat, or carried on hand-forged wrought-iron brackets for an industrial look.

Yes — both formats are standard. For a clean, modern wall we drill the board for a concealed steel rod or blind cleat so no fixing shows and the natural edge is the only feature. For a rustic or industrial range we mount the same live edge board on exposed hand-forged wrought-iron brackets or pipe supports. Fixings, wall plugs and fitting instructions are packed in and matched to your market's load expectations, and we can private-label the hardware kit.

We manufacture in solid acacia, mango, sheesham (Indian rosewood), teak and reclaimed/old wood — each chosen for strong figure and a characterful natural edge; every shelf carries at least one solid-wood component and we never substitute plywood or panel. Finishes include natural and clear oil, matte and satin lacquer, whitewash, light and dark custom stain, with the edge left bark-on or bark-removed. All coatings are low-formaldehyde, CARB / TSCA Title VI compliant, and we match your Pantone or physical sample.

Boards typically run 300–1200 mm long, 180–300 mm deep (a live edge reads best a little deeper) and 30–50 mm thick; iron-bracket formats scale larger. Because each edge follows the grain of its own board, no two pieces are perfectly identical — the unique, handmade story buyers want — yet we hold an agreed range per SKU so they merchandise consistently. Length, depth, thickness, edge treatment, bracket and finish are all made to your drawing for OEM orders.

A trial or sample order can ship LCL (part-container) so you can approve the wood, edge and finish first. For best wholesale pricing thereafter, one 20ft full container load (FCL) is our standard minimum. Live edge wall shelves are compact and consolidate well into a mixed container alongside other wall shelves, furniture and décor, and flat-pack (RTA) construction lowers freight per unit and breakage.
