Lacquered brass needs only a dry or barely-damp soft cloth — no abrasives or acidic cleaners, which strip the seal. Raw and living-finish brass deepens in colour over time; if a client prefers it bright, a non-abrasive brass polish restores the shine, after which it can be re-lacquered. Antique and brushed finishes are the most forgiving in daily use because marks blend into the surface. What are your brass wall shelves made of?
They are built in the Moradabad brass cluster as solid cast or sheet-formed brass brackets and frames, often paired with a solid-wood, marble or glass shelf surface, plus fully brass-clad designs wrapped over a wood or MDF core. Any version with a wood component carries at least one solid-wood part — we do not supply plywood or panel shelving.
What finishes are available for brass wall shelves?
