Vintage daybeds — reclaimed and distressed solid wood, built to last.
A manufacturer-exporter of vintage-style daybeds in reclaimed old wood, sheesham and mango — hand-distressed, antiqued and carved for the heirloom look, with the solid-wood frame and compliance paperwork that serious importers and hotels need. Assembled or flat-pack, from a single trial piece to repeat containers.
Heirloom character, newly made — and import-ready.
A vintage daybed is defined by its wood and its finish, not its age. We take a genuine solid-wood frame — reclaimed old wood, dense sheesham or lighter mango — and work it by hand into something that reads as a decades-old heirloom: distressed and antiqued surfaces, turned legs or hand-carved panels, exposed joinery and aged iron or brass fittings. Nothing is veneered or printed. That authenticity is exactly what makes a vintage daybed a dependable retail and hospitality line: it sells on story and patina, survives commercial use, and carries a deforestation-free narrative when built on reclaimed stock. Our own factory plus a vetted Jodhpur network means your trial order and your repeat container come off the same quality-controlled line.
Four things that make our vintage daybeds genuine, not costume.
Reclaimed & solid wood
Frames in reclaimed old wood with real grain, patina and tool marks, or the vintage look reproduced on new solid sheesham and mango for colour and grain consistency across a large run. A solid-wood carcass throughout — never plywood or veneered panel.
Hand-distressed finishes
Distressed natural, antique brown, weathered grey, lime-wash and hand-painted, all CARB / TSCA formaldehyde-compliant. Distressing is done by hand, so intentional variation between pieces is part of the look, not a defect.
Carved & turned detail
Turned spindles, hand-carved side panels and traditional Jodhpur motifs, with optional bone or mother-of-pearl inlay and brass accents — CNC-assisted where consistency matters, hand-finished where character does.
Honest joinery & fittings
Mortise-and-tenon joints and a slat or solid platform base built to survive commercial turnover, finished with aged iron or antique-brass hardware that matches the vintage story end to end.

Vintage daybeds for designersA finish that ages gracefully, on a frame you can restore.
The advantage of a genuine solid-wood vintage daybed is that its surface is meant to patinate: minor marks and mellowing deepen the character rather than ruin it. Because the carcass is solid rather than veneered panel, the frame can be sanded back, re-distressed and re-finished across years of use — a real selling point for hospitality buyers and durability-led retailers. Advise your customers to keep the frame out of direct heat and standing damp, wipe with a dry or barely-damp cloth, and re-apply wax or oil on natural and distressed finishes once or twice a year. We can supply a care and finish-maintenance sheet matched to the exact distressing on your order, for your packaging or product listings.

What buyers ask before they order.
What makes a daybed vintage?
A vintage daybed is defined by its material and finish, not its age. We build the frame in genuine solid wood — reclaimed old wood, sheesham or mango — then give it a vintage character through distressed, antiqued, lime-washed or hand-rubbed finishes, turned or hand-carved detailing and aged iron or brass fittings. The result reads as a well-loved heirloom while being newly made, fully compliant and container-ready.
Are vintage daybeds made from genuine reclaimed wood?
Yes. Our vintage line is built on reclaimed and old-wood frames with authentic grain, patina and tool marks, giving a deforestation-free story that sustainability buyers want. We also produce the vintage look on new solid sheesham or mango with distressed finishing when you need colour and grain consistency across a large run. Every frame has a solid-wood carcass — we do not supply plywood or veneered-panel daybeds.
What sizes and finishes do vintage daybeds come in?
We make twin/single, full/double and trundle vintage daybeds, and build to your market's exact mattress size on OEM orders. Finishes include distressed natural, antique brown, weathered grey, lime-wash and hand-painted, each CARB / TSCA formaldehyde-compliant. Because every frame is distressed by hand, slight variation between pieces is intentional and part of the vintage look.
Can vintage daybeds ship flat-pack, and what is the minimum order?
Yes — vintage daybeds ship assembled or as knockdown / flat-pack (RTA) with fittings, slats and instructions packed in, which lowers freight and breakage. A trial or sample daybed can ship LCL; for best wholesale pricing thereafter one 20ft full container load is our standard minimum, and we consolidate vintage daybeds with other furniture and décor into one mixed container.
Are your vintage daybeds compliant for import into the US and EU?
Yes. We document FSC chain-of-custody and Vriksh timber-legality, are EUDR-ready with geolocation and deforestation-free due diligence, and support US Lacey Act declarations, UK Timber Regulation, CARB / TSCA compliant finishes and ISPM-15 heat-treated export packing, backed by SEDEX / SMETA, ISO and SGS inspection.
Do you make custom and private-label vintage daybeds?
Yes — we are ODM (our own catalogue designs) and OEM (we build to your drawings, finishes and private-label specification), including custom CNC and hand-carving, bespoke distressing recipes, and retail-ready or branded packaging for Wayfair, Amazon FBA and your own channels.
