Brass bar carts, handcrafted in India — wholesale for importers, retailers and hospitality.
Antique and polished brass frames drawn into Art-Deco and mid-century trolleys, with tempered-glass, marble or solid-wood tiers, bottle rails and lockable castors. Manufacturer-direct, compliance-documented and container-ready, from a trial order up.
A brass bar cart is small to ship, striking to shelve, and fast to sell.
Brass gives a cart a warmth and a glint that painted metal never reaches — it catches low lounge light, it reads as expensive, and it earns a prime position in a catalogue shoot and on a retail floor. That combination makes the brass cart one of the fastest-moving lines for importers, online sellers and hotel fit-outs alike: compact enough to flat-pack densely, photogenic enough to anchor a drinks corner. We draw the frame honestly in the Moradabad brass cluster and marry it to our Jodhpur solid-wood and marble lines, so you can source an Art-Deco look with real metalwork pedigree from one compliant container.
Brass on the frame, your choice of surface on the tiers.
Brass reaches a bar cart in a few distinct ways, and each changes the price, the weight and the look. We match the construction to how you sell and ship it.
Tubular & flat-bar frames
Hand-bent brass tube or flat bar brazed and buffed into clean mid-century uprights or a curved Art-Deco cage — the structural heart of the cart and the richest, most luxe build.
Glass, marble or wood tiers
Two or three service tiers in tempered glass for a light, bright trolley, in Rajasthan marble or stone for weight and premium feel, or in solid sheesham, mango or acacia for a genuine wood component.
Rails, handles & castors
Solid-brass bottle rails, stemware holders, push handles and castor caps — the detailing that turns a frame into a working bar trolley and the easiest line to volume-produce.
Where you want a certified solid-wood piece, we build the shelves and handle in wood so the cart ships inside a documented timber container; brass-and-glass carts are consolidated into mixed solid-wood loads. Read how the metal itself behaves — composition, finishes and care — on our brass material guide, or see every material and style on the bar carts hub.
One metal, many looks — matched to your sample before we cut a container.
Polished, brushed or antique
A mirror polish for a bright, luxe cart; a brushed satin that hides fingerprints on daily-use handles; or a chemically aged antique tone for a consistent vintage look from day one.
Lacquered & plated
Clear lacquer seals the brass against tarnish, while nickel, chrome, black or gunmetal plating and powder-coat extend the palette and toughen the frame for busy restaurant and bar floors.
Mobility & service
Lockable castered wheels or a fixed base, two or three tiers, raised safety lips on glass, bottle dividers and stemware rails — specified to your market and your service.
Indicative specs — every dimension, brass finish and tier is made to your order.
The figures opposite are typical ranges for reference. We manufacture to your exact drawings and market requirements, so cart size, frame gauge, tier material, castor type and finish are all specified at the quote stage. Material and lot traceability is documented where applicable.

Made for hospitality & retail
Brass is hard-wearing, corrosion-resistant and repairable, which suits a cart to hotel suites, lounges, restaurants and boutique retail — the trolley wheeled tableside for service or parked as a styled drinks corner. We braze and buff the frame for commercial use, fit lockable castors, and finish the metal for the wear your setting demands. See the full range we make for hotels, restaurants and bars.
Import-ready & easy to care for
Lacquered brass needs only a dry or barely-damp soft cloth — no abrasives or acidic cleaners that strip the seal; a living finish simply deepens and can be polished bright and re-lacquered. On the paperwork side, any solid-wood tiers and the container clear with FSC, Vriksh, EUDR-ready and CARB/TSCA documentation. See every certification we hold.
Brass bar carts — wholesale & export FAQ
What is a brass bar cart made of?
A brass bar cart is a mobile two- or three-tier serving trolley built around a brass frame — tubular or flat-bar brass, drawn into a mid-century or Art-Deco silhouette, worked in the Moradabad metal cluster. The tiers are your choice of tempered glass, Rajasthan marble or stone, or a solid-wood shelf in sheesham, mango or acacia; handles, gallery rails and castor caps are solid brass. For buyers who want a genuine solid-wood component in the piece we build the shelves and handle in wood, and brass-and-glass carts are consolidated into mixed solid-wood containers. We do not supply plywood or panel trolleys.
Does a brass bar cart tarnish?
Bare brass develops a warm patina over time as the copper in the alloy reacts with air, and many buyers choose that living finish deliberately for a collected, vintage look. Where a bright, stable surface is wanted we apply a clear lacquer that seals the frame so it will not tarnish in normal indoor use, while antique and brushed finishes are aged on purpose so they read consistent from day one. For busy hospitality floors we can also plate or powder-coat the metal.
What is the minimum order for wholesale brass bar carts?
A trial or sample order can ship LCL (part-container) so you can approve the brass tone, frame, tier material and build first. For best wholesale pricing thereafter, one 20ft full container load is our standard minimum, and we consolidate brass bar carts with bar cabinets, console tables, décor and metalware into a single mixed container.
Can you make brass bar carts to our own design or private label?
Yes. We work as both ODM (our catalogue designs) and OEM — manufacturing to your drawings, dimensions, brass finish, tier material and castor type, with your branding and retail-ready or Amazon-FBA-ready cartons. Send a reference image or spec and we prototype to it before any production run.
Are your brass bar carts compliant for US and EU import?
Yes. Brass is a metal, but any solid-wood tiers and the wider consolidated container still have to clear — so we document FSC chain-of-custody, Vriksh timber-legality and CITES-compliant sheesham handling, with ISO, SGS and SEDEX/SMETA audits, EUDR-ready due diligence, US Lacey Act support, UK Timber Regulation, CARB/TSCA-compliant wood finishes and ISPM-15 export packing. Certificate numbers are shared directly with serious buyers.
What are typical brass bar cart dimensions and lead time?
Most two-tier brass carts fall around 70–85 cm wide, 40–50 cm deep and 75–90 cm tall, on lockable castors or a fixed base; sizes are made to your spec. Typical lead time is 30–45 days after sample approval, with urgent orders accommodated at a premium. We ship FOB or CIF from Mundra or Nhava Sheva.

Tell us the style, brass finish, tier material, castor type, quantity and market. We confirm the metalwork, wood, MOQ and a FOB/CIF price, produce a sample for approval via LCL, then manufacture and pack to your standard on a 30–45 day lead time — consolidated with the rest of your range.
