Built on real export logistics

Numbers grounded in how we actually ship.

Every tool reflects our real terms: trial orders on LCL, a 20ft full-container minimum for best pricing, FOB or CIF from Mundra / Nhava Sheva, a 30–45 day production cycle, and flat-pack options that lift container density. Nothing here is theoretical — it is the same logic we run on live orders.

Questions buyers ask

Furniture sourcing tools — FAQs.

What furniture sourcing tools do you offer?

We publish planning tools that help you quote and import with confidence: a container-load and CBM calculator, an MOQ and container planner (LCL trial vs 20ft FCL), an Incoterms and landed-cost guide (FOB / CIF from Mundra / Nhava Sheva), a solid-wood selector (sheesham, mango, acacia, teak, reclaimed), a lead-time planner for our 30–45 day cycle, and an EUDR / Lacey / UKTR / CARB compliance checklist.

How do I calculate how much furniture fits in a container?

Use the container-load and CBM calculator: it converts your packed carton dimensions into cubic metres and estimates fill against a 20ft (roughly 28 CBM usable) or 40ft load. Flat-pack / knockdown furniture packs far denser than assembled, so the tool lets you compare both and see the freight-per-unit difference before you order.

What is your minimum order and can I mix categories?

A trial or sample order can ship LCL (part-container). For best wholesale pricing, one 20ft full container load is our standard minimum thereafter. You can consolidate mixed categories — furniture, metalware, marble and décor — into a single compliant container; the MOQ and container planner helps you balance the mix.

Which compliance documents do I need to import Indian wood furniture?

For the EU you need EUDR due diligence with geolocation and deforestation-free evidence, backed by FSC chain-of-custody and Vriksh timber-legality; for the US, Lacey Act declaration support and CARB / TSCA Title VI finishes; for the UK, UK Timber Regulation. Our compliance checklist maps each market to the documents we provide per shipment, and sheesham is handled CITES-compliant.

What is the difference between FOB and CIF for furniture from India?

Under FOB we deliver and load your goods onto the vessel at Mundra or Nhava Sheva and you arrange onward freight and insurance; under CIF we include sea freight and insurance to your named destination port. The Incoterms and landed-cost guide shows what each term covers so you can compare quotes on a like-for-like basis.

Do these tools replace a formal quote?

No — they are planning aids that give you realistic volumes, MOQs, timelines and compliance scope before you enquire. For firm pricing we quote FOB or CIF against your specification, finishes and quantities. Share your requirement and we respond with MOQs, lead times and documentation.
