What the industrial style is

Honest materials, exposed structure, built-to-last presence.

An industrial wine rack reads like it belongs in a loft, a warehouse bar or a craft wine shop — solid wood shelves and cradles carried on a visible iron skeleton, with bolt heads, flat bar and pipe-style framing left on show rather than hidden. The appeal is durability you can see and a material story buyers trust: real wood, real metal, nothing laminated or disguised. It suits hospitality floors, retail displays and homes that want the look without the fragility of glass-and-chrome.

Material & construction

The wood and the iron, and why the pairing works.

Solid wood, including reclaimed

We lead the industrial range in reclaimed and old wood — salvaged timber with genuine grain, nail marks and colour variation that give each rack age and character while keeping sourcing deforestation-free. Where a cleaner line is wanted we use solid sheesham, mango or acacia with a wire-brushed or distressed surface. Tops and cradles are solid throughout — no veneer, no particleboard — so the piece survives commercial handling and years of bottle loads.

Wrought-iron framing

Frames are built in hand-forged and tube wrought iron, welded and ground clean, then finished in matte-black, gunmetal or raw-steel tones. The metal carries the structural load and the wood carries the bottles, so shelves stay slim and the footprint stays tight. Castered bases, hanging stemware rails and wall-cleat fixings are added to the same frame when the design needs them.

Why source from us

Craft you can sell, paperwork you can clear customs with.

Most wood-and-iron suppliers can build a rack. Fewer can document the timber, pass a social audit and consolidate your wine racks with the rest of your range in one compliant container. We combine genuine Jodhpur craft with the certifications serious importers, retailers and hospitality buyers need to place an order without risk.

  • Breadth & consolidation — ship industrial wine racks alongside bar carts, shelving, dining and décor in a single mixed load.
  • Scale & QC — our own factory plus a vetted Jodhpur network fulfils from a trial order to repeat container volumes, inspected piece by piece.
  • Flat-pack efficiency — knockdown builds lift container density and cut breakage on freight-heavy iron pieces.
  • Custom & private label — your wood, iron profile, finish, capacity and brand, with CNC and metalwork detailing and retail-ready packaging.

Care & handling

Built for commercial life, simple to maintain.

Wood

Dust and wipe with a dry or barely damp cloth; refresh waxed or oiled surfaces occasionally. Reclaimed and distressed finishes are meant to patina, so marks add character rather than fault.

Iron

Keep the frame dry and wipe clean; the clear-coat or powder finish resists everyday use. We can specify an anti-rust primer under the topcoat for humid or coastal environments on request.

Assembly

Flat-pack units bolt together with the supplied fixings in minutes; we include clear instructions and can brand the packaging and manuals for private-label and Amazon-FBA buyers.

Start your order

Send your capacities and finishes — we'll quote FOB or CIF.

Share a reference, drawing or your target bottle counts and we'll come back with MOQ, lead time and a sample plan for your industrial wine rack program. Request a sample order LCL before you commit to a container.

Common questions

Industrial wine racks — what buyers ask.

What makes a wine rack "industrial" and what do you build it from?

The industrial look pairs raw or lightly finished solid wood with black wrought-iron framing, exposed fixings and a utilitarian, factory-floor silhouette. We build ours from reclaimed and old wood, sheesham, mango or acacia set in hand-forged or tube wrought-iron frames, finished in matte-black, gunmetal or raw-steel tones with a clear or lightly distressed wood top.

What bottle capacities and formats can you supply in the industrial range?

Formats run from 6 and 8-bottle countertop and wall units to 12, 24 and 36-bottle floor racks, up to 100-plus-bottle modular walls for bars, restaurants and retail. We build to your cradle spacing and standard-bottle diameter, and add stemware rails, a wood serving top or castered bases where the brief calls for it.

What is your minimum order for industrial wine racks?

A trial or sample order can ship LCL (part-container). For best wholesale pricing thereafter, one 20ft full container load is our standard minimum, and industrial wine racks consolidate easily with bar carts, bar cabinets, shelving and other wood-and-iron furniture in a single mixed container.

Do you ship industrial wine racks flat-pack?

Yes. The wood-and-iron construction suits knockdown / flat-pack (RTA) builds — the iron frame bolts to the wood shelves on arrival, which raises container density, cuts breakage and suits importers and online sellers. Fully assembled builds are available where a design or buyer requires them.

Are your industrial wine racks compliant for import into the US and EU?

Yes. We document FSC chain-of-custody, Vriksh timber-legality and CITES-compliant sheesham handling, and we are EUDR-ready with geolocation and deforestation-free due diligence. We support US Lacey Act declarations, UK Timber Regulation and CARB / TSCA Title VI formaldehyde-compliant finishes, with ISPM-15 heat-treated export packing.

Can you produce private-label and fully custom industrial wine racks?

Yes — we are both ODM and OEM. We manufacture to your drawings, wood species, iron profile, finish and brand, including custom CNC and metalwork detailing, bespoke capacities, and branded, retail-ready or Amazon-FBA-ready packaging.
