What woods and styles are your TV units available in?
We build TV units in solid sheesham (Indian rosewood), mango, acacia, teak, reclaimed/old wood, rubberwood and pine, and in wood-and-iron industrial constructions. Styles span mid-century, Scandinavian, industrial loft, rustic farmhouse, carved traditional and clean contemporary — in ODM catalogue designs or fully OEM to your drawings and finishes.
What sizes do your TV units come in and can they be customised?
Common widths run roughly 100, 120, 150 and 180 cm to suit different screen sizes, with low-line and tall configurations available. Because we are the manufacturer, dimensions, drawer and shelf counts, cable management, finish and hardware are all made-to-spec under OEM — send your drawings or a reference and we build to it.
What is the minimum order for TV units?
A trial or sample order can ship LCL (part-container). For best wholesale pricing thereafter, one 20ft full container load (FCL) is our standard minimum. We also consolidate TV units with sideboards, coffee tables and décor into a single mixed-category container.
Do you offer flat-pack (knockdown) TV units?
Yes. Many media consoles are available knockdown / flat-pack / RTA, which lowers freight cost and breakage and maximises container density — ideal for large importers and online sellers. Assembled builds are available where you prefer them.
Are your TV units compliant for import into the US and EU?
Yes. We document FSC chain-of-custody, Vriksh timber-legality and CITES-compliant sheesham handling, and are EUDR-ready with geolocation and deforestation-free due diligence. We support US Lacey Act declarations, UK Timber Regulation, and CARB / TSCA Title VI formaldehyde-compliant finishes, with ISPM-15 heat-treated export packing.
What is the lead time for a TV unit order?
Typical production lead time is 30–45 days from approved sample, with urgent orders handled at a premium. Every piece is QC-checked before it is ISPM-15 packed and loaded FOB or CIF from Mundra / Nhava Sheva.
