Solid-wood trunks are kiln-dried to export moisture levels and finished to resist everyday handling. Advise your customers to keep trunks out of direct heat and damp, wipe with a dry or lightly oiled cloth, and refresh natural-oil finishes occasionally. Iron and brass fittings need only a dry wipe. For shipment, every trunk is ISPM-15 heat-treated-packed and corner-protected; flat-pack options cut breakage further.

What woods and finishes are your trunks made from?
Our trunks are built from solid sheesham, mango, acacia, teak and reclaimed old wood, with iron strapping, brass cladding, bone or mother-of-pearl inlay and leather handles as options. Finishes range from natural oil and matt lacquer to distressed, aged and hand-painted — all using CARB / TSCA Title VI formaldehyde-compliant coatings.
What is the minimum order for trunks?
A trial or sample order can ship LCL (part-container) so you can approve the build first. For best wholesale pricing thereafter, one 20ft full container load is our standard minimum. Trunks nest and stack well, so we often consolidate them with other furniture and décor into a single mixed container.
Can you make trunks as flat-pack or with a custom size and logo?
Yes. We supply assembled or knockdown / flat-pack trunks to cut freight and breakage, and we manufacture to your drawings as OEM — custom dimensions, lining, hardware, hinges, private-label branding and retail-ready or Amazon-FBA packaging.
Are your trunks compliant for import into the US and EU?
Yes. We document FSC chain-of-custody, Vriksh timber-legality and CITES-compliant handling of sheesham, with EUDR geolocation due diligence, US Lacey Act declaration support, UK Timber Regulation and ISPM-15 heat-treated export packing.
Do you offer coffee-table trunks and nesting trunk sets?
Yes. Coffee-table trunks with a flat lid, blanket boxes, steamer and campaign trunks, and graduated nesting sets of two or three are all part of our range — available in reclaimed, painted and iron-bound styles.
How long does a trunk order take to produce?
Typical lead time is 30–45 days from sample approval, depending on quantity and finish. Urgent orders can be accommodated at a premium. Every trunk is QC-checked before it is packed and loaded at Mundra or Nhava Sheva.
