What headboard materials and styles can you manufacture?
We make headboards in solid sheesham, mango, acacia, teak and reclaimed wood, plus hand-carved Saharanpur-style panels, cane and rattan, wood with wrought iron, bone and mother-of-pearl inlay, and fully upholstered designs on a solid-wood frame. Both our own catalogue designs (ODM) and your drawings or private-label specs (OEM) are welcome.
What bed sizes do you make headboards for?
We build to any market's bed standard. For US buyers that means Twin, Full/Double, Queen, King and California King; we also produce UK and European sizes and fully custom widths and heights to your drawing. Freestanding, wall-mounted and bed-frame-integrated fixings are all available.
What is the minimum order for headboards?
A sample or trial order can ship LCL (part-container) so you can approve wood, finish and build first. For best wholesale pricing thereafter, one 20ft full container load is our standard minimum, and we consolidate headboards with beds, nightstands and other bedroom pieces into one mixed container.
Are your headboards compliant for US and EU import?
Yes. We document FSC chain-of-custody, Vriksh timber-legality and CITES-compliant sheesham, with ISO, SGS, SEDEX/SMETA audits. We are EUDR-ready with geolocation and support US Lacey Act declarations, UK Timber Regulation, CARB/TSCA formaldehyde-compliant finishes and ISPM-15 export packaging.
Can headboards ship flat-pack to save freight?
Yes. Most headboard designs ship knockdown or flat-pack, which lowers freight cost and breakage risk and maximises container density — ideal for large importers and online sellers. Assembled pieces are available where the design requires it.
Do you offer custom finishes and private-label packaging?
Yes. We finish to your stain, paint, distress or natural-oil specification using CARB/TSCA-compliant materials, and we offer custom, retail-ready, Amazon-FBA-ready, branded and gift packaging for your range.
