How solid-wood dressers hold up — and how to keep them selling.
Solid hardwood moves with humidity, so dressers are conditioned and finished to withstand sea-freight and varied destination climates. For your care cards and listings: dust with a soft dry cloth, wipe spills promptly, keep out of direct heat and strong sun, and occasionally feed the wood with a furniture oil or wax suited to the finish. Lift rather than drag when moving, and avoid harsh solvents. Flat-pack units arrive with fittings and clear assembly guidance for retail or end customers.

What woods are your dressers made from?
Our dressers are built in solid wood — sheesham (Indian rosewood), mango, acacia, teak, reclaimed/old wood, rosewood, rubberwood and pine. We also combine a solid-wood carcass with wrought iron, marble or stone tops, cane, leather, bone inlay or brass. We do not position as a plywood or panel supplier; every dresser carries at least a solid-wood component.
What is your minimum order for dressers?
A trial or sample order can ship LCL (part-container). For best wholesale pricing thereafter, one 20ft full container load (FCL) is our standard minimum. We also consolidate dressers with nightstands, chests, mirrors and other categories into a single mixed container.
Can you make dressers to our own design or private label?
Yes. We are both ODM (our own ready catalogue designs) and OEM — we manufacture to your drawings, dimensions, finishes and private-label requirements, including custom CNC carving, bespoke hardware and retail-ready, Amazon-FBA-ready or branded packaging.
Are your dressers compliant for import into the US and EU?
Yes. We document FSC chain-of-custody, Vriksh timber-legality and CITES-compliant sheesham handling, with ISO, SGS inspection and SEDEX/SMETA social audit. We are EUDR-ready with geolocation and deforestation-free due diligence, and we support US Lacey Act declarations, UK Timber Regulation, CARB/TSCA formaldehyde-compliant finishes and ISPM-15 heat-treated export packing.
Can dressers be shipped flat-pack to lower freight?
Yes. Many of our dressers are available knockdown / flat-pack / RTA, which lowers freight cost and transit breakage and maximises container density — ideal for large importers and online sellers. Fully assembled construction is also available where you prefer it.
What dresser sizes and configurations do you make?
We produce the full range — three to nine drawers, double (horizontal) dressers, tallboys and narrow chests, with or without a mirror. Dimensions, drawer counts, runners and finishes are made to your specification; the table on this page shows the common configurations we build most often.
