What it is
The Scandinavian dining table is defined by restraint: a slim rectangular or oval top, tapered or splayed legs, soft rounded edges and a pale, low-sheen surface that lets the grain speak. Nothing ornate — the proportions and the wood do the work. Our builds hold to that discipline while meeting the structural and compliance demands of international wholesale.
Every table carries at least one solid-wood component; we are a solid-wood manufacturer-exporter, not a plywood or panel supplier. That means genuine hardwood tops and frames — not veneer over particleboard — finished to sit comfortably in a Nordic-styled interior, a hospitality floor or a mid-century-modern retail range.
Woods & properties
Each hardwood brings the style a different character. All are kiln-dried and moisture-controlled for stable export to dry, heated and humid markets alike.
Dense, hard-wearing and tight-grained — the workhorse of Jodhpur dining. Takes a pale whitewash or grey-wash cleanly for the Nordic look while giving contract-grade durability. CITES-compliant handling of Dalbergia sissoo throughout.
Lighter in tone and weight, with an open, lively grain. Ideal where buyers want a soft, warm Scandinavian palette at a cost-advantaged price point, and a fast-growing, sustainable fibre.
Striking figure and natural colour variation, very hard and scratch-resistant. Finished matte, it reads as a modern Nordic surface built to take daily hospitality use.
Where a pale European look is the brief, we match oak-style tones on our hardwoods with whitewash, limed and clear matte lacquers — the muted, understated finish the style is known for.

Finishes & care
The Scandinavian surface lives or dies on its finish. We work in matte and satin — whitewash, grey-wash, limed and clear lacquer — never high-gloss, so the table keeps its understated, tactile character. All coatings are CARB / TSCA Title VI formaldehyde-compliant for the US and other regulated markets.
Care is simple. Wipe with a soft, dry or barely-damp cloth; avoid soaking and harsh solvents. Use coasters and mats against heat and moisture rings. Keep the table clear of direct, prolonged sun and away from heating vents to protect the pale finish and the natural stability of solid wood. Re-oil or re-wax oiled surfaces periodically per the care sheet we supply with each order.

Yes. Most Scandinavian designs — tapered-leg and trestle bases especially — are engineered as knockdown / flat-pack (RTA) to cut freight cost and breakage and to maximize container density. Assembled builds are also available on request.
A trial or sample order can ship LCL. For best competitive pricing thereafter, the minimum is one 20ft FCL, and you can mix categories — dining tables with chairs, benches, sideboards and décor — in a single compliant container.
