What is the minimum order for wholesale beds?
A trial or sample bed can ship LCL (part-container) so you approve the wood, joinery and finish before scaling. For best wholesale pricing thereafter, one 20ft full container load (FCL) is our standard minimum. Flat-pack beds load densely, and you can consolidate them with nightstands, dressers, headboards and other bedroom pieces in a single mixed container.
Can you private-label beds to our own design and sizes?
Yes. We are both ODM (buy from our ready catalogue) and OEM (we manufacture to your drawings, mattress sizes, joinery, finish and hardware). Private-label and branded, retail-ready or Amazon-FBA-ready packaging is standard, and custom CNC carving reproduces a specific post, panel or inlay pattern consistently across a full container run.
Which woods and bed types can you manufacture for wholesale?
We build beds in solid sheesham (Indian rosewood), mango, acacia, teak and reclaimed/old wood, with a genuine solid-wood frame and full-length slats on every piece — no particle board or panel beds. Types include platform, storage/drawer, four-poster and canopy, wood-and-wrought-iron, and upholstered- or cane-headboard beds, in natural, stain, distressed and antique finishes using CARB / TSCA Title VI formaldehyde-compliant materials.
Do your wholesale beds ship flat-pack or assembled?
Both. Most export beds ship knockdown (flat-pack / RTA): headboard, footboard, side rails and slat kit bolt together with supplied hardware, which cuts freight cost and breakage and maximises container density. Assembled frames are available where a buyer or finish requires it.
What is the lead time for a wholesale bed order?
Typical production is 30–45 days after sample approval, depending on quantity, carving and finish. Urgent orders can be expedited at a premium. We ship FOB or CIF from Mundra or Nhava Sheva with ISPM-15 heat-treated export packing.
Are your beds compliant for import into the US and EU?
Yes. We document FSC chain-of-custody, Vriksh timber-legality and CITES-compliant handling of sheesham, with ISO quality management, SGS inspection and SEDEX / SMETA social audit.
