Brass bathroom vanities — warm metal, lacquered or left to patina.

Brass gives a vanity a warm, rich, unmistakably luxe character that chrome cannot — as a frame, as hand-beaten cladding, or as hardware and inlay on wood and stone. We make them across our Jodhpur and Moradabad clusters, finished lacquered-bright or antiqued to your brief, and shipped from a single trial order up to repeat container volumes.

Why brass for a vanity

The warm metal that makes a bathroom feel collected, not fitted.

Brass is a copper-zinc alloy with a warmth no other metal shares — golden, deep and reflective where chrome is cold and flat — and it has been the metal of fine fittings and heirloom objects for centuries. On a vanity it works three ways: as slim brass or brass-plated frames and legs, as hand-beaten brass sheet clad over a wood carcase for a jewel-box effect, and as hardware, inlay strips, trims and gallery rails that lift a wood or stone unit. India's Moradabad cluster is one of the world's great brass-craft centres, and we draw on it alongside our Jodhpur wood and iron workshops to combine the two. Brass also behaves honestly: left raw it develops a living patina that many designers prize, or lacquered it holds a bright polished colour. Paired with marble, dark wood or deep paint, it anchors boutique-hotel and premium residential bathrooms with a richness buyers recognise instantly. For a luxe, collectible range, brass is the detail that does the most work.

Import-ready compliance

Metal and timber, documented for your market.

A brass vanity marries metalcraft with a wood or stone body, and we document both. Brass components are inspected for finish, plating adhesion and construction under ISO quality management and SGS third-party inspection, with ethical and social assurance under SEDEX / SMETA across both our Jodhpur and Moradabad clusters. Any solid-wood core or top ships with FSC chain-of-custody on request, Vriksh timber-legality verification, EUDR-ready due diligence and US Lacey Act support, finished in CARB / TSCA Title VI formaldehyde-compliant formulations. Everything travels in ISPM-15 heat-treated export packing. Certificate references go directly to serious buyers, never published.

Care & durability

A living metal, as low- or high-maintenance as your brief.

Brass gives you a genuine choice, and we build to whichever side of it your range wants. A lacquered-bright finish holds its polished golden colour and slows tarnish in the humid bathroom, needing only a wipe with a soft dry or barely-damp cloth; abrasive pads and acidic or ammonia cleaners must be avoided, as they cut through the lacquer. A raw or antiqued finish is designed to live and age — it will deepen and patina with air and moisture, which is the point, and an end-user who wants to brighten it can use a gentle brass polish on the unlacquered areas. Brass also carries a quiet functional bonus: its copper content is naturally oligodynamic, resisting microbial growth on handles and touch surfaces. Beneath the metal, the wood core or stone top is cared for by its own material rules, and we ship guidance for each. We tell you on quote exactly where brass is solid and where it is plated, so your care advice to customers is accurate. Full care and finish guidance ships with every order.

Questions buyers ask

Brass vanity sourcing, answered.

What exactly is 'brass' on your vanities?

Brass appears in several ways: as slim brass or brass-plated frames and legs, as hand-beaten brass cladding wrapped over a wood carcase, and as brass hardware, inlay strips, trims and gallery rails on a wood or stone unit. Solid brass is a copper-zinc alloy drawn from India's Moradabad metal-craft cluster. We tell you on quote exactly where the brass is solid, where it is plated and what the core material is.

Will brass tarnish in a bathroom, and can that be prevented?

Brass naturally develops a patina as it reacts with air and moisture — many buyers want exactly that living, antiqued look. If you prefer a bright, stable finish, we apply a protective lacquer that holds the polished colour and slows tarnish in the humid bathroom environment. You choose: lacquered for low-maintenance shine, or raw/antiqued to age gracefully. Both are legitimate; we build to your brief.

What tops and cores do you use with brass vanities?

The structural body is usually solid wood — mango, teak, sheesham or reclaimed — or an iron frame, with brass as the cladding, frame or detail. Tops are solid wood sealed for wet use, or natural marble and stone for a luxe pairing that sets off the metal beautifully. We cut tops for vessel, drop-in or under-mount basins and pre-bore to your plumbing standard.

Is brass a good choice for a luxury or boutique-hotel bathroom?

Yes. Brass reads as warm, rich and distinctly high-end, and it pairs especially well with marble, dark wood and deep paint colours, which is why it anchors so many boutique-hotel and premium residential bathrooms. Its warmth is a deliberate contrast to cold chrome. Whether polished and lacquered or antiqued, brass gives a vanity range an unmistakably luxe, collectible character.

What is your minimum order for brass bathroom vanities?

A trial or sample order can ship LCL (part-container). For best wholesale pricing thereafter, one 20ft full container load is our standard minimum, and we consolidate brass vanities with brass mirrors, trays, accessories and other categories into a single mixed container — drawing on both our Jodhpur and Moradabad clusters.

Can you make brass vanities to our own design and brand?

Yes. We work as ODM (our catalogue designs) and OEM (your drawings, dimensions, brass finish, core material, basin and private-label or retail-ready packaging), including hand-beaten brass cladding, engraved and embossed panels, custom gallery rails and matched brass hardware across a collection.
