Why hospital procurement sources here

Furniture that survives footfall, cleaning and years on the ward.

Hospitals, day-surgery units and long-stay facilities buy on durability, documented safety and the ability to reorder the exact same piece for the next phase — not on a single photograph. We pair genuine Jodhpur solid-wood construction with contract-grade joinery, low-emission finishes and the compliance paperwork your facilities, procurement and infection-control teams expect, so a ward specified today can be matched identically when you extend or open a second site. We build the casework and seating that surrounds clinical equipment, not the clinical devices themselves.

Specified for hospitals

Low-emission finishes and documented compliance, built in.

Enclosed, occupied wards and patient rooms call for finishes that keep formaldehyde emissions low and paperwork that clears both import and facility review. We build around that from the first sample — CARB and TSCA Title VI-compliant finishes, FSC chain-of-custody timber, Vriksh-verified legality and ISPM-15 export packing — so your container clears customs and your furniture passes procurement and infection-control review. Certificate references are shared directly with serious buyers, never published.

Project supply, not a single pallet

From a trial ward to a multi-site rollout.

Repeatable to the piece

Specify a bedside locker or visitor chair once and we hold the drawing, finish and hardware, so your second ward, new floor or next hospital matches the first exactly — no drift between phases.

Consolidated containers

Casegoods, seating, reception counters and waiting-area furniture ship in one compliant container with a single invoice and one set of documents, instead of chasing separate suppliers for each area.

Scale on demand

Our own factory plus a vetted Jodhpur manufacturing network means we move from a trial LCL order to large, repeat container volumes on a 30–45 day lead time, QC-checked throughout. Factory visits welcome on prior intimation.

Hospital furniture — common questions

What kind of hospital furniture do you manufacture?

We manufacture the solid-wood and wood-and-metal elements of a hospital fit-out: patient-room casegoods (bedside lockers, overbed tables, wardrobes, visitor chairs), ward and day-room seating, attendant and lounge furniture, reception and nurse-station counters, and waiting-area benches and tables. We do not supply clinical devices such as hospital beds or trolleys — we build the durable casework and seating that surrounds them, OEM to your project drawings or from our ready ODM ranges.

Is your hospital furniture durable enough for constant clinical use?

Yes. Hospital furniture is specified for footfall, frequent cleaning and years of service, not a single domestic season. We build in solid sheesham, mango, acacia and teak with contract-grade joinery, reinforced frames, rounded edges and wipe-clean finishes, so a locker or chair installed in one ward can be reordered identically for the next.

Are your finishes safe for enclosed hospital interiors?

Yes. We can produce furniture with CARB and TSCA Title VI formaldehyde-compliant finishes, meeting low-emission norms for the enclosed, occupied interiors that patient rooms and wards demand. Finish specifications are documented per order and shared with your project and infection-control teams.

Can you build hospital furniture to our project specification and in volume?

Yes — we work OEM to your drawings, dimensions, finishes and branding, with custom CNC carving and machining, and we also supply proven ODM ranges when you need them faster. A trial order can ship LCL so you approve build and finish first; thereafter one 20ft full container load is our standard minimum for best pricing, scaling to repeat containers for multi-ward or multi-site rollouts.

Which markets do you supply hospital furniture to, and how long does it take?

We are export-only and ship worldwide, with current buyers across the USA, Australia and the Netherlands and active expansion across the US, UK, EU, Australia and the Gulf. Typical lead time is 30 to 45 days from approved sample, with QC on every piece, full compliance documentation and ISPM-15 export packing, quoted FOB or CIF from Mundra or Nhava Sheva.
