Solid-wood care-home and assisted-living furniture manufactured in Jodhpur, India
Why care operators source here

Furniture that survives constant use, cleaning and footfall — and can be reordered identically.

Care homes, assisted-living and residential-care projects buy on durability, resident safety and repeatability, not on a single pretty photo. We pair genuine Jodhpur solid-wood construction with contract-grade joinery, rounded edges, wipe-clean low-emission finishes and the compliance paperwork your facilities, procurement and infection-control teams expect — so a room specified today can be matched for the next wing or location, years later.

Specified for care environments

Durability, resident safety and documented compliance, built in from the first sample.

Rooms occupied all day call for furniture that keeps formaldehyde emissions low, wipes down between residents, and clears both import and facility review. We build around that from the start — CARB and TSCA Title VI-compliant finishes, FSC chain-of-custody timber, Vriksh-verified legality and ISPM-15 export packing — with rounded edges and stable bases chosen for resident safety. Certificate names are shown here; numbers are shared directly with serious buyers on request.

Project supply, at scale

From a single trial room to repeat containers across multiple sites.

Trial to volume

Approve one sample room via an LCL trial, then scale to full 20ft containers — our own factory plus a vetted Jodhpur network fulfils from a first order up to large, repeat volumes with managed QC.

Consolidated containers

Bedroom casegoods, lounge seating, dining and décor consolidate into one compliant, mixed-category container — a single invoice, a single set of paperwork, one source to manage.

Repeatable for multi-site

Specifications are held so the next wing, floor or facility is built identically. Flat-pack options cut freight and breakage for operators and developers rolling out across locations.

Care home furniture — common questions

What makes furniture suitable for a care home or assisted-living facility?

Care homes need furniture that survives constant handling, frequent cleaning and heavy footfall for years, not a single season. We build resident-room wardrobes, chests, bedside cabinets, lounge chairs and dining pieces in solid sheesham, mango, acacia and teak with contract-grade joinery, rounded edges and corners, stable bases and wipe-clean finishes — specified for institutional durability and resident safety rather than for domestic use.

Are your finishes safe for enclosed care-home interiors?

Yes. We can produce care-home furniture with CARB and TSCA Title VI formaldehyde-compliant finishes, so pieces meet low-emission norms for enclosed, occupied rooms where residents spend most of the day. Finishes are chosen to wipe down and resist routine cleaning, and the finish specification is documented per order and shared with your project and infection-control teams.

Can you manufacture care home furniture to our project specification?

Yes — we work OEM to your drawings, dimensions, finishes and branding, with custom CNC machining for resident-room casegoods, lounge frames and dining ranges. We also supply our own ODM designs when you want proven pieces faster. A specified room can be reordered identically for the next wing or location, which is why single-source, repeatable supply matters to care operators.

What is the minimum order for a care-home fit-out?

A trial or sample order can ship LCL so your facilities and procurement teams approve build and finish before committing. For best wholesale pricing thereafter, one 20ft full container load is our standard minimum, and we consolidate mixed categories — bedroom casegoods, lounge seating, dining and décor — into a single compliant container.

How long does a care-home furniture order take, and where does it ship from?

Typical lead time is 30 to 45 days from an approved sample, with QC on every piece and full compliance documentation; urgent project timelines can be accommodated at a premium. We are export-only and ship worldwide from Mundra or Nhava Sheva, quoted FOB or CIF and packed to ISPM-15, with current buyers across the USA, Australia and the Netherlands.

Can you supply flat-pack care home furniture to reduce freight?

Yes. Many resident-room and lounge pieces are available knockdown / flat-pack, which maximises container density, lowers freight per unit and reduces transit breakage — useful for multi-site operators and developers filling a full container across several locations. Assembled supply is available where site handling favours it.
