Wrought iron wine racks — welded, powder-coated metal built for bars, cellars and retail floors.
Wrought iron is the material that lets a slim frame carry a heavy load of bottles without flexing — the industrial look your buyers want, with the strength your floor needs. Jodhpur is India's home of hand-forged iron-and-wood furniture, and we weld, shot-blast and powder-coat every rack for a long life in humid cellars and wet bar tops.
Slim frame, heavy load — the metal that does not flex.
A wine rack has to hold weight in a small footprint: a filled 36-bottle tower can carry well over 40 kg, lifted on and off its cradles every day. Wrought iron is built for exactly that. Its strength-to-slimness ratio lets a narrow frame carry loads that would need bulky timber sections, so the rack reads light and architectural while staying rock-solid. We hand-weld joints rather than bolt them, so frames stay rigid, rattle-free and square under constant use — the difference between a rack that survives a decade on a busy bar and one that loosens in a season. The forged, industrial look is what designers, wine shops and loft-style retailers reach for, and iron pairs beautifully with a solid-wood top when a warmer piece is wanted.

Need a wrought iron wine rack to an exact drawing, capacity, powder-coat colour or wood-top pairing? We are both a private-label and OEM manufacturer — send your spec and we quote FOB or CIF from Mundra / Nhava Sheva.
Sealed against rust — documented for customs.
Raw iron corrodes in damp, food-adjacent use, so every rack is shot-blasted and then sealed with a baked-on powder-coat or a hand-applied sealed finish that resists moisture, scratches and corrosion far better than spray paint. Matte black leads the range; we also coat in antique gold, bronze, brass-tone, gunmetal, white and distressed or raw-sealed industrial finishes. For long life, keep racks out of standing water, wipe spills promptly, dust with a dry or barely-damp cloth, and touch up any chip that reaches bare metal. Care and finish specifications travel with every order.
Where a rack carries a solid-wood top in acacia, sheesham or mango, that timber is backed by FSC chain-of-custody, Vriksh timber-legality and EUDR-ready geolocation with deforestation-free due diligence, plus Lacey Act support and UK Timber Regulation. Every shipment — all-metal or wood-and-iron — leaves on ISPM-15 heat-treated export packing, with ISO quality management and SGS inspection, and SEDEX / SMETA social audit behind the factory. Certificate references are shared directly with serious buyers on request.

What buyers ask before ordering.
Are wrought iron wine racks sturdy?
Yes. Wrought iron is one of the strongest materials we build in, with a high strength-to-slimness ratio that lets a slender frame hold heavy loads of 1.2 kg filled bottles without flexing. We hand-weld joints rather than bolt them, so the frame stays rigid and rattle-free under constant handling — which is why iron wine racks are the workhorse choice for busy bars, restaurants and high-turnover retail floors.
Do wrought iron wine racks rust?
Raw iron can rust in damp cellars and on wet bar tops, so every rack we export is sealed. We shot-blast the metal, then apply a baked-on powder-coat or a sealed hand-finish that resists moisture, scratches and corrosion far better than spray paint. Keep the rack out of standing water, wipe spills promptly, and the coated finish holds up for years in humid, food-adjacent use.
What bottle capacities do your wrought iron wine racks come in?
We build wrought iron wine racks from 4–12 bottle countertop and tabletop units, through 6–24 bottle wall-mounted pieces, to 12–60 bottle floor-standing towers and freestanding grids, plus stackable modular cubes that scale without limit. Capacities assume standard 750 ml bottles; we also build to your exact cradle spacing, bottle diameter and stemware-rail layout.
What finishes and colours are available on wrought iron wine racks?
Matte black is the best-seller, but we also powder-coat in antique gold, bronze, brass-tone, gunmetal, white and distressed or raw-sealed industrial finishes. Iron pairs naturally with solid-wood tops in acacia, sheesham or mango, which we seal in oils and stains — so you can specify an all-metal rack or a wood-and-iron piece to match your range.
What is your minimum order for wrought iron wine racks?
A trial or sample order can ship LCL (part-container). For best wholesale pricing thereafter, one 20ft full container load is our standard minimum, and wrought iron wine racks can be consolidated with tables, décor and other categories into a single mixed container.
Can you ship wrought iron wine racks flat-pack and to our own design?
Yes. Iron frames knock down exceptionally well, so most of our racks ship flat-pack (RTA) to raise container density and cut breakage for importers and online sellers. We work as ODM (our catalogue designs) and OEM (your drawings, capacities, finishes, powder-coat colours and private-label or retail-ready packaging), including custom welded profiles and wood-on-iron builds.
Trial order to repeat containers — quoted, sampled, shipped.
Send your capacities, powder-coat colours, wood-top pairings and target markets, or ask for an iron sample. We quote FOB or CIF from Mundra / Nhava Sheva, on a 30–45 day lead time, with full compliance documentation on every shipment.
