Vintage wine racks — reclaimed wood and wrought iron with a genuinely aged character.
A true vintage look cannot be printed on. We build it from genuine reclaimed and old wood — timber that already carries decades of patina, nail holes and grain movement — married to hand-worked wrought iron and distressed finishes. The result is the antique, farmhouse and industrial-loft look buyers want, backed by the compliance paperwork and container capacity most vintage suppliers cannot provide.
Aged where it counts — in the wood, not the catalogue photo.
The vintage category sells on authenticity. Shoppers and designers can tell the difference between a mass-pressed board stained dark and a rack built from timber that has actually lived — so that is what we build. Our vintage wine racks start with genuine reclaimed and old wood: boards reclaimed from old structures and joinery, carrying their own grain, colour shifts, nail holes, saw marks and weathering. We join them with traditional construction and hand-finish each piece with rubbed-back stains, wax and light distressing so the wear reads as earned, not applied. Where a buyer needs a vintage look at steady volume, we also distress solid sheesham, mango or acacia to the same aesthetic. Every build keeps a solid-wood heart — we never substitute plywood or panel board.

Standard vintage wine-rack formats we build.
Indicative builds below; every capacity, cradle spacing, dimension, distress level and finish is made to order. Bottle counts assume standard 750 ml bottles — larger formats reduce capacity accordingly. Because reclaimed wood varies board to board, each piece is subtly unique; we hold that variation to an agreed, sample-approved range for large orders.

Aged finishes, honest construction — documented for customs.
We build the vintage look with rubbed-back stains, hard wax, liming and light distressing that let the reclaimed grain, old marks and natural colour shifts show through, all sealed with CARB / TSCA Title VI formaldehyde-compliant coatings suited to cellar and bar humidity. No solid wood is fully waterproof — keep racks out of direct heat and sun, wipe spills promptly, dust with a dry or barely-damp cloth, and re-oil or re-wax oiled pieces once or twice a year to feed the grain and hold the patina. Because the wood is genuinely old, minor variation in colour and surface is intrinsic to the piece, not a defect. Care and finish specifications travel with every order.
On the paperwork side, reclaimed wood is among the most sustainable timber choices because it reuses existing material and avoids new felling. Each shipment is backed by FSC chain-of-custody, Vriksh timber-legality and EUDR-ready geolocation with deforestation-free due diligence, plus Lacey Act support, UK Timber Regulation and ISPM-15 heat-treated export packing. Certificate references are shared directly with serious buyers on request.

What buyers ask before ordering.
What makes a wine rack vintage?
A vintage wine rack earns its look from aged materials and finishes rather than a sticker. We build ours from genuine reclaimed and old wood — timber that already carries decades of patina, nail holes, saw marks and grain movement — paired with hand-forged or powder-coated wrought iron and distressed, rubbed-back finishes. The result reads as a true antique or farmhouse piece, not a factory imitation, which is what retailers, bars and interior designers are buying when they order vintage.
What materials do you use for vintage wine racks?
Mostly reclaimed and old wood for the character grain, often combined with wrought iron for the industrial-farmhouse look. We also build vintage-styled racks in solid sheesham, mango or acacia finished with aged stains and distressing where a buyer needs consistent supply at scale. Every build has a solid-wood component — we do not use plywood or panel board.
What bottle capacities and formats do your vintage wine racks come in?
We make vintage wine racks from 4–8 bottle countertop and crate-style units, through 6–18 bottle wall-mounted and ladder racks, to 12–48 bottle floor-standing towers, bar consoles and reclaimed-wood-and-iron cabinets. Capacities assume standard 750 ml bottles; we build to your exact cradle spacing, bottle diameter and stemware-rail layout.
Does reclaimed wood make every vintage rack slightly different?
Yes, and that is the point. Reclaimed wood varies in colour, grain and old marks from board to board, so each rack is subtly unique — a selling feature for premium and one-of-a-kind retail lines. For buyers who need a uniform look across a large order, we control the variation to an agreed finish range and can approve it against a signed sample before production.
What is your minimum order for vintage wine racks?
A trial or sample order can ship LCL (part-container). For best wholesale pricing thereafter, one 20ft full container load is our standard minimum, and vintage wine racks can be consolidated with reclaimed furniture, décor and other categories into a single mixed container.
Can you make vintage wine racks to our own design and brand?
Yes. We work as ODM (our catalogue designs) and OEM (your drawings, capacities, finishes and private-label or retail-ready packaging), including custom CNC detailing, reclaimed-wood tops on wrought-iron frames, bespoke bottle counts, distress levels matched to your reference, and Amazon-FBA-ready gift packaging.
