The problem with most RV furniture

An RV interior is the hardest brief in furniture — tight, moving and sealed.

Every piece has to earn its footprint twice: a dinette that becomes a bed, a table that folds flat, a bench that is also the pantry. It has to carry weight down the chassis budget, hold its joints through thousands of miles of vibration, and off-gas safely inside a cabin you sleep in with the windows shut. The industry's default answer — stapled, foil-wrapped particleboard — fails on all three counts: it is heavy for its strength, it loosens and delaminates with road shock and humidity, and it drives warranty claims. We make the solid-wood alternative: lighter species, honest joinery and low-emission finishes, engineered to your floor plan.

Weight-conscious

We favour lighter solid woods — mango, acacia, rubberwood and pine — and slim, braced sections so cabinetry stays within your chassis weight budget without resorting to flimsy panel board.

Road-durable

Mortise-and-tenon and dowelled solid-wood joints with wrought-iron fixings absorb vibration and stay tight. Fewer loose doors, fewer delaminated edges, fewer warranty returns.

Cabin-safe

CARB / TSCA Title VI formaldehyde-compliant and low-VOC finishes on request — because air quality matters most in the small, sealed volume of an RV cabin.

Materials & finishes

Lighter wood, tighter joints, finishes you can breathe.

Every piece has a solid-wood heart. Where weight is the constraint we lead with mango, acacia, rubberwood and pine; where a premium cabin look is wanted we move to sheesham, teak or reclaimed wood — paired as the design needs with wrought iron and cane. We finish to CARB / TSCA Title VI formaldehyde-compliant norms and can supply moisture-resistant, low-VOC coatings for the humidity swings an RV lives through. We do not lead with plywood or panel board.

RV furniture is a strong category to consolidate with home and bedroom furniture: it uses the same solid woods, fills container space with high-value fitted pieces, and lets RV builders, van-conversion brands and aftermarket retailers launch a differentiated, spec-built range under their own name. Because every RV interior is dimension-critical, most work is OEM to your floor plan — send drawings and we build to them. Compliance certificate numbers are provided directly to serious buyers on request.

Questions buyers ask

RV furniture — frequently asked questions

What kinds of RV furniture do you manufacture?

We build space-saving, weight-conscious pieces in solid wood and wood-with-metal for motorhomes, travel trailers, campervans and fifth wheels: convertible dinettes and booth seating, wall / Murphy beds and storage bed platforms, drop-leaf and fold-down tables and galley worktops, swivel chairs and compact stools, overhead and base cabinets, slide-out pantries, step stools and entryway pieces. We build to our own catalogue (ODM) or to your drawings, dimensions and private-label brand (OEM).

Is RV furniture built to handle road vibration and the humidity inside a cabin?

Yes. Solid-wood frames with mortise-and-tenon and dowelled joinery hold up to road shock far better than the stapled, glued laminate panels that delaminate and loosen over time. We finish to CARB / TSCA Title VI formaldehyde-compliant norms — which matters in a small, sealed cabin — and can supply moisture-resistant, low-VOC coatings on request. Timber is FSC chain-of-custody and Vriksh-verified with EUDR-ready due diligence.

Can you build to exact RV dimensions and weight constraints?

Yes — RV interiors are tight and weight-sensitive, so this is OEM work. Send us your floor-plan cut-outs, slide-out clearances, mounting points and target weights, and we manufacture to spec, favouring lighter solid-wood species such as mango, acacia, rubberwood and pine. We prototype and sample so you approve fit, weight and finish before production.

What is the minimum order and how do you ship RV furniture?

A trial or sample order can ship LCL (part-container). For best wholesale pricing thereafter, one 20ft full container load (FCL) is our standard minimum, and we consolidate RV furniture with home furniture and décor into a single compliant container. Knockdown / flat-pack construction cuts freight and breakage and maximises units per container. We ship worldwide FOB or CIF from Mundra and Nhava Sheva, India, on a 30–45 day typical lead time.

Which woods and materials do you use for RV and campervan furniture?

Solid mango, acacia, rubberwood and pine where weight matters, plus sheesham, teak and reclaimed wood where a premium look is wanted — paired as the design needs with wrought iron, cane and rattan. Every piece has a solid-wood heart; we do not position as a plywood or panel supplier.

Do you supply RV manufacturers and van-conversion brands on a private-label basis?

Yes. We manufacture for RV and camper OEMs, van-conversion and overlanding brands, and RV aftermarket retailers under their own design, finish and private-label packaging — including retail-ready and e-commerce / FBA-ready packs for retrofit pieces. Certificate numbers are shared directly with serious buyers on request.
