What makes it a marble top nesting set

Three stone surfaces, the footprint of one.

Nesting tables are a graduated set that tuck one beneath the next — pulled apart when a room needs more surface, stacked away when it does not. Topping them in marble turns a practical, space-saving piece into a display-grade one: the cool weight and natural veining of stone read as genuinely premium, while a sealed surface resists the heat and ring-marks that scar a wood top over time. We bond each sealed Rajasthani marble top to a slim powder-coated metal frame or a real solid-wood base, so the stone is the display surface and the metal or wood is the structure that carries it — deliberately light, because every table in the set has to lift and slide. The result is a centrepiece range your retail customers photograph and your hospitality buyers specify, not a plywood or panel look-alike. We do not supply plywood or panel-only tables.

Which stone, and why

Rajasthan's own quarries, cut to each table in the set.

White & grey marble

Bright, softly veined tops from the Makrana marble belt — the classic premium look for mid-century, Art-Deco and Scandinavian living-room sets, polished or honed to your preference.

Green & black marble

Deeper, dramatic stone for boutique interiors and dark-palette rooms, where the nested tops become a layered feature rather than the backdrop.

Granite & sandstone

Harder, lower-maintenance stone for high-traffic hospitality and contract projects, when a venue wants maximum durability over marble's softer character.

Marble is spill-resistant and heat-tolerant, so a sealed top outlasts a wood surface on a busy lounge floor, and natural veining means no two tops are identical — every table looks hand-selected. You can match the whole set in one stone, or step the colour across the pieces for contrast. Because marble is porous, we seal each top before shipment and send re-seal guidance so it keeps its stain resistance in service. Sets, bases, shapes & sizes

Graduated to nest, light enough to move.

A nesting set steps down in both height and width so each table slides beneath the next. The ranges below are standard starting points; we build to your exact dimensions, step and marble colour for contract and private-label programmes.

Base options

Slim powder-coated wrought-iron, hairpin or geometric metal frames; antique or polished brass; solid sheesham, mango or acacia legs where a buyer wants a warmer wood base. Metal frames keep each nested piece light and easy to slide; add cane detailing or CNC-carved wood accents on request.

Marble & metal finishes

Marble polished or honed and sealed; metal raw, lacquered, antiqued or powder-coated in your colour; any wood accents in natural, stained, distressed, painted or two-tone looks — all wood and coating finishes CARB / TSCA Title VI formaldehyde-compliant.

Packing & freight

Each marble top crated separately with foam and corner protection; bases knockdown / flat-pack (RTA) so a full set stacks tight, raising container density and cutting breakage — with carton, retail-ready, Amazon-FBA-ready or branded packaging for online sellers.

Where they sell

Built for small spaces and busy floors.

Retail & online sellers

A premium, giftable set at a strong margin that photographs beautifully and ships flat — ready for marketplace listings with branded or Amazon-FBA-ready packaging. Run it as your own range under private-label manufacturing.

Hospitality & contract

The compliance edge

The marble is the easy part — the wood is where import rules bite.

Customs scrutiny falls on the timber, not the stone. Where a nesting set uses solid-wood legs or accents it is often sheesham — a Dalbergia species under CITES and squarely within the EU Deforestation Regulation. We handle that before you ask: geolocated, deforestation-free, Vriksh-verified timber with FSC chain-of-custody, US Lacey Act declaration support and UK Timber Regulation coverage, documented per shipment so your container clears while others' sit at the port. Certificate references go directly to serious buyers — never published.

Care & handling note

Keep the marble beautiful, keep the set sliding true.

The stone tops

Marble is sealed before dispatch; wipe spills promptly, avoid acidic cleaners and citrus, wine or coffee left to pool, and use coasters under glasses and hot mugs. Re-seal the tops periodically to maintain stain resistance, and keep them out of prolonged direct sun. Granite and sandstone tops are more forgiving where a buyer wants lower upkeep.

The bases & documentation

Metal frames are powder-coated against corrosion and chipping so the set pulls out and nests cleanly through daily use; any wood legs or accents are CARB / TSCA Title VI compliant with tight, dowelled joinery. Each shipment carries care guidance you can pass to your own customers, plus the compliance file your customs broker needs — with branded, retail-ready and Amazon-FBA-ready packaging on request.

Marble top nesting tables — buyer questions

Frequently asked questions

What marble do you use for marble top nesting tables?

We cut tops from Rajasthan's own quarries — bright white and grey Makrana-belt marble with natural veining, dramatic green and black marble, and harder, lower-maintenance stone such as granite and sandstone. Each top is honed or polished to your preference and sealed for stain resistance, then set on a slim powder-coated wrought-iron or brass frame, or a solid sheesham, mango or acacia base. Because every table in the set nests under the next, lighter metal bases keep the stacked set easy to move.

What set sizes and dimensions do marble top nesting tables come in?

We make sets of two and three, graduated so each table tucks beneath the next. The largest table usually stands around 55–65 cm (22–26 in) tall with a top of about 45–50 cm, stepping down roughly 5–8 cm in height and width per piece. Top shapes are round, square or rectangular, and every dimension, step and marble colour is made to your specification for contract and private-label programmes.

Are marble top nesting tables durable enough for hospitality use?

Yes. A sealed marble top shrugs off heat, drink rings and daily wear far better than an oiled wood surface, which is why lobby, lounge and café buyers specify it. Because marble is porous, we seal every top before dispatch and include re-seal guidance so the surface keeps its stain resistance in service; granite and sandstone tops are even more forgiving where a venue wants minimum upkeep. Slim metal frames are powder-coated to resist chipping under repeated pull-out use.

How do you ship marble top nesting tables without breakage?

Each marble top is packed separately in ISPM-15 heat-treated crating with foam and corner protection, and the metal or wood bases ship knockdown / flat-pack so the stone travels flat rather than mounted. Because nesting bases collapse and stack tightly, a set ships dense and lands with low breakage — your customer fits the tops on arrival. Fully assembled sets are available where a buyer prefers delivery ready to place.

Are your marble top nesting tables compliant for import into the US and EU?

Yes. The solid-wood components carry FSC chain-of-custody, Vriksh timber-legality and CITES-compliant sheesham handling, with ISO, SGS and SEDEX / SMETA audits. We are EUDR-ready with geolocation and deforestation-free due diligence, and we support US Lacey Act declarations, UK Timber Regulation, CARB / TSCA finishes and ISPM-15 export packing.

What is the minimum order and lead time for marble top nesting tables?

A trial or sample set can ship LCL so you approve the marble, base and finish first. For best wholesale pricing thereafter, one 20ft full container load is our standard minimum, consolidated with coffee tables, side tables, consoles and décor if you wish. Typical lead time is 30–45 days after sample approval; urgent orders at a premium.
