Care & after-sale
Solid-wood dining chairs ship with a care note for buyers: wipe with a dry or barely-damp cloth, avoid standing water and direct heat, and re-oil or wax natural finishes periodically. Knockdown fixings should be checked and re-tightened after the first few weeks of use. Upholstered seats are spot-cleaned per the fabric specification, and woven cane benefits from occasional humidity to stay taut. We supply replacement hardware and finish details on request to support your own warranty terms.

Can dining chairs ship flat-pack or knocked down?
Yes. Many of our dining chairs are engineered as knockdown / flat-pack (RTA) with bolt-together legs or stretchers, which cuts freight cost and transit breakage and maximises container density — ideal for large importers and online sellers. Fully assembled builds are also available.
