Teak beds — heirloom-grade hardwood frames for luxury and hospitality.
Teak is the wood buyers specify when a bed has to last decades, stay dead-square in any climate and sit at the top of a range. We manufacture teak platform, four-poster, canopy and storage beds in Jodhpur — legally sourced, FSC and EUDR-ready, finished to your spec and shipped from a single trial order up to repeat container volumes.
The frame that outlasts the mattresses that lie on it.
A bed is a frame under constant, concentrated load, and the enemy of any bed is movement — the slow warping and loosening that turns a quiet frame into a creaking one. Teak (Tectona grandis) is the wood built to resist exactly that. Its high natural oil and silica content give it the best dimensional stability of any hardwood we work: it barely moves through humidity and seasonal swings, so mortise-and-tenon joints and posts stay tight for decades. The same oils make it naturally resistant to insects, fungal decay and moisture, which matters in tropical and coastal markets where lesser frames fail. And teak looks the part — a warm golden-brown grain with quiet figure that reads as genuinely high-end on a four-poster, canopy or low platform. It is a premium timber, and on a bed meant to be an heirloom, it is the one that earns the premium.

Build options
Low platform, slat-base, carved-headboard, four-poster, canopy and under-bed storage-drawer frames. Solid teak throughout, or a teak headboard on a powder-coated iron frame. Reinforced centre rail with support legs on queen and king.
Finishes
Natural, teak-oiled for a warm matte tone, or sealed matt/satin lacquer — in CARB / TSCA Title VI formaldehyde-compliant formulations. Teak needs no heavy sealing; finish is chosen for appearance and consistency across your range.
Packing & shipping
Assembled or knockdown (flat-pack / RTA) with bolt-through fittings to cut freight and breakage. Carton, retail-ready, Amazon-FBA-ready or branded packaging; ISPM-15 heat-treated export packing, FOB or CIF from Mundra / Nhava Sheva.
Premium teak that clears customs as cleanly as it sleeps.
Teak is a tropical timber, which puts it squarely inside the regulations tightening across your markets — so we built the documentation around them. Every teak bed ships with FSC chain-of-custody on request, Vriksh timber-legality verification, and EUDR-ready geolocation and deforestation-free due diligence. We provide US Lacey Act declaration support, UK Timber Regulation coverage, and CARB / TSCA formaldehyde-compliant finishes, with social and quality assurance under SEDEX / SMETA, ISO and SGS inspection, and ISPM-15 heat-treated export packing. Certificate references go directly to serious buyers — never published. Your container clears while others' sit at the port.

An heirloom frame that asks almost nothing of its owner.
Teak is kiln-dried to stable moisture before joinery, and its natural oils mean the wood stays dimensionally calm long after assembly — so joints stay tight and the frame stays silent through years of nightly loading and humidity change. Care is minimal: wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth, buff dry, and avoid soaking and harsh solvents. An oiled teak bed can be lightly re-oiled once or twice a year to keep its golden warmth, but this is purely cosmetic — teak's durability does not depend on a finish. Bolt-through rail connections let a bed be dismantled and reassembled across house moves without weakening, and any iron elements are powder-coated against scuffing. Full care and finish guidance ships with every order so your retail and hospitality customers get consistent advice.
Teak bed sourcing, answered.
Why choose teak for a bed over cheaper woods?
Teak (Tectona grandis) is the most stable and durable hardwood we work. Its natural oils and silica make it exceptionally resistant to warping, splitting, insects and humidity, so a teak bed stays dead-square and silent for decades — genuinely an heirloom frame. That stability, plus a warm golden grain that reads as unmistakably premium, is why teak commands the top of a bedroom range and suits luxury residences, villas and five-star hospitality.
Is teak worth the extra cost for a bed frame?
Where longevity, climate stability or prestige matter, yes. Teak's dimensional stability means joints stay tight through humidity and seasonal swings that loosen other beds, and its durability means the frame outlasts several mattresses. We advise teak for luxury, tropical-climate and contract projects, and recommend a value hardwood such as mango or acacia where the budget leads — we are happy to quote both.
What bed sizes do you export in teak?
We build US twin to California king, UK single to super-king and EU 90–180 cm widths, in platform, slat-base, four-poster, canopy and storage-drawer builds. Slat spacing, rebate depth, headboard height and post detailing are all made to your specification so frames suit the mattresses and ceiling heights of your market.
Does a teak bed need a special finish?
No. Teak's natural oils protect the wood without heavy sealing, so we typically finish it with a light teak-oil or a matt lacquer purely for appearance and consistency. All finishes are CARB / TSCA Title VI formaldehyde-compliant. Indoor teak holds its warm golden tone with minimal care.
What is your minimum order for teak beds?
A trial or sample bed can ship LCL (part-container). For best wholesale pricing thereafter, one 20ft full container load is our standard minimum, and we consolidate teak beds with matching nightstands, benches, chests and other teak pieces into a single mixed container.
Can you build teak beds to our own design and private label?
Yes. We work as ODM (our catalogue designs) and OEM (your drawings, dimensions, post and headboard detailing, finishes and private-label or retail-ready packaging), including custom CNC carving, canopy and four-poster builds, and knockdown construction for efficient container freight.
Approve the grain and build, then ship from one container up.
Sign off grain, finish and detailing on a physical sample, then scale from a trial order to repeat container volumes on a 30–45 day lead time — QC-governed and documented for your market.
