Reclaimed beds — genuine salvaged old wood, each with its own history.
A reclaimed bed carries marks no factory can fake — the nail holes, saw lines and weathered patina of timber that lived another life first. We re-mill and rebuild genuine salvaged wood into beds in Jodhpur, structurally sound and in international sizes, shipped from a single trial order up to repeat container volumes.
Character that's earned, not applied.
The reclaimed aesthetic is about honesty of material. Every board has a past — a beam, a door, a floor — and the headboard of a reclaimed bed wears that past openly: mixed plank tones, old nail holes, saw and tool marks, and a soft patina that only decades of use can produce. It is the heart of the farmhouse, rustic, industrial and wabi-sabi looks, and it reads as warm, grounded and authentic in a way distressed new wood never quite matches. Because each salvaged board is unique, every bed is genuinely one of a kind — the individuality designers and premium retail buyers prize. The style also tells the strongest sustainability story we offer: the timber is given a second life, no new tree is felled, and old wood stays out of the waste stream. We keep the aged surface and rebuild the structure beneath it, so the bed looks a century old and performs like new manufacture.

Salvaged timber, fully documented.
Reclaimed wood is a sustainability asset and we document it to match. Every reclaimed bed ships with FSC chain-of-custody on request, Vriksh timber-legality verification, and EUDR-ready geolocation and deforestation-free due diligence — reclaimed stock supports a strong deforestation-free position because the timber is salvaged rather than newly felled. We provide US Lacey Act declaration support, UK Timber Regulation coverage and CARB / TSCA formaldehyde-compliant finishes, with social and quality assurance under SEDEX / SMETA, ISO and SGS inspection, and ISPM-15 heat-treated export packing. Certificate references go directly to serious buyers — never published. Your eco story and your customs file are built on the same evidence.

Old surface, new structure, long life.
A reclaimed bed is built to keep its character while performing like new. We re-mill and kiln-dry salvaged timber to a stable moisture content, strip out old fixings and weak sections, and rebuild with fresh, reinforced joinery, so the structure is sound for decades even though the surface looks a century old. In use, dust with a soft dry cloth and wipe with a barely damp one; avoid soaking and harsh solvents, which can lift the aged patina you paid for. A waxed or oiled finish can be refreshed once or twice a year to feed the grain. The marks, tonal shifts and minor surface irregularities are the point of the piece — they are preserved deliberately, not flaws to be corrected. Full care and finish guidance ships with every order so your retail and hospitality customers get consistent advice.
Reclaimed bed sourcing, answered.
Is your reclaimed wood genuinely salvaged, or just distressed new wood?
It is genuinely salvaged — old timber reclaimed from retired structures, joinery and boards, re-milled and rebuilt into beds. That is why the character is real: nail holes, saw marks, tonal shifts and old patina are the wood's actual history, not a factory-applied distress. Where a buyer wants the look at lower cost we can offer distressed new timber instead, and we always tell you which you are specifying.
What does the reclaimed style look like on a bed?
Weathered, warm and full of character. Reclaimed beds show mixed plank tones, visible grain and old marks across the headboard, with chunky, grounded proportions that suit farmhouse, rustic, industrial and wabi-sabi interiors. No two beds are identical because no two salvaged boards are, which is exactly the authenticity designers and premium retail want.
Is a reclaimed bed strong and stable?
Yes. We re-mill and kiln-dry salvaged timber to a stable moisture content, remove old fixings and weak sections, and rebuild with fresh, reinforced joinery and engineered slat or platform support. The result keeps the aged surface but has the structural integrity of new manufacture — important for the decades of service a bed needs to give.
What sizes do you make reclaimed beds in?
We build to international mattress standards — US Twin, Full, Queen, King and California King; UK Single, Double, King and Super King; and EU 140, 160 and 180 cm. Headboard height, plank layout and finish are all specifiable, and we manufacture to your exact drawing for contract and boutique projects.
What is the sustainability story I can tell my customers?
Reclaimed wood gives salvaged timber a second life, so no new tree is felled for the piece and old wood is kept out of waste streams. It is one of the most genuinely sustainable furniture materials there is, and it pairs with our FSC, Vriksh and EUDR-ready documentation. For eco-focused and premium retail it is a strong, honest point of difference you can carry straight to the shelf.
Can you make reclaimed beds to our own design and brand?
Yes. We work as ODM (our catalogue designs) and OEM (your drawings, plank layouts, headboard styles, finishes and private-label or retail-ready packaging), including reclaimed-and-iron industrial builds and matching rustic or farmhouse bedroom collections produced as a coordinated range.
Approve the planks and finish, then ship from one container up.
Sign off the plank tones, marks and finish on a physical sample, then scale from a trial order to repeat container volumes on a 30–45 day lead time — QC-governed and documented for your market. Read the full profile on the reclaimed wood material guide, or compare sizes and styles on the beds hub.
