Frames are built in sheesham, mango, acacia, teak or reclaimed wood, joined with mortise-and-tenon and corner bracing that stands up to a determined dog.
Ventilation comes from powder-coated wrought-iron bars or spaced wood slats; doors run on sturdy latching hardware. What is your minimum order for wooden dog crates?
A trial or sample order can ship LCL (part-container) so you can approve the wood, finish and hardware first. For best wholesale pricing thereafter, one 20ft full container load is our standard minimum, and we gladly consolidate crates with other pet furniture or décor into a single mixed container.
Can you make a wooden dog crate to our own design and brand it?
Yes. We are both ODM — you select from our ready crate designs — and OEM, building to your drawings, dimensions, finishes and hardware. Custom CNC carving, your logo or branding, and retail-ready or Amazon-FBA-ready packaging are all available for private-label programmes.
