What woods do you use for wooden dog beds?
We build dog beds in solid sheesham (Indian rosewood), mango, acacia and reclaimed old wood, with pine and rubberwood available for cost-led ranges. Every frame uses kiln-dried, ≥1 solid-wood construction — no particleboard or veneer-over-MDF — so joints survive chewing, scratching and years of commercial retail use.
Are the finishes safe for pets?
Yes. We finish dog beds with CARB and TSCA Title VI formaldehyde-compliant, low-VOC lacquers and natural oil-wax options, so they meet US and EU indoor-air norms and are safe around animals that lick and chew. We share the exact finish specification and safety documentation with buyers on request.
What is the minimum order for wholesale wooden dog beds?
A trial or sample order can ship LCL (part-container) so you can test the range. For best wholesale pricing thereafter, our standard minimum is one 20ft full container load, and we consolidate dog beds with other pet furniture or home ranges into a single mixed container.
Can you make dog beds to our own design and private-label brand?
Yes. We are both ODM — ready catalogue designs you can order as-is — and OEM: we manufacture to your drawings, dimensions, finishes and private-label or retail-ready, Amazon-FBA-ready packaging, including custom CNC-carved detailing and branded engraving.
Do wooden dog beds ship flat-pack?
Most of our dog-bed designs ship knockdown / flat-pack (RTA), which lowers freight cost and breakage and maximises container density for importers and online sellers. Fully assembled construction is available where a design or buyer requires it.
Which cushions or mattresses do you supply with the beds?
We supply the solid-wood frame and, on request, a fitted cushion or mattress pad in your specified fabric and fill. Many buyers source the wooden frame from us and pair it with their own soft-goods line; we can quote either way.
