For lighter, cost-advantaged programs we use rubberwood and pine. Everything is solid wood with no particleboard core; we do not position as a plywood or panel supplier. Every surface is finished with child-safe, low-VOC coatings.

Can I order kids furniture in flat-pack to lower freight?
Yes. Beds, desks, shelves and storage are engineered as knockdown / flat-pack (RTA) to cut both freight cost and transit breakage, and to lift container density. Cartons can be Amazon-FBA-ready or branded, which suits Wayfair, Amazon and Etsy sellers.
What is the minimum order quantity for wholesale kids furniture?
A trial or sample order can ship LCL (part-container) so you approve wood, finish and build first. For best wholesale pricing thereafter, one 20ft full container load (FCL) is our standard minimum, and we consolidate kids furniture with décor or other categories into a single mixed container.
Do you offer private-label and custom kids furniture?
Yes — we are both ODM and OEM. Send drawings, sizes, finishes and brand requirements and we manufacture to spec with custom CNC carving, bespoke sizing and private-label or gift packaging. Prototyping and sampling always come first so you sign off before production.
