Is your resort furniture commercial grade?
Yes. Every resort piece is built to contract-grade standards — solid-wood frames (sheesham, mango, acacia, teak), reinforced joinery, hardened finishes and commercial hardware rated for daily guest use. We QC each unit and document build specs, so your FF&E consultant and procurement team can sign off before production scales.
Can you supply a full resort to one FF&E specification?
Yes. We single-source the whole fit-out — lobby, guest rooms, restaurant, bar, poolside and outdoor — to one specification, with consistent wood, finish and hardware across every area. Mixed-category containers consolidate furniture, metalware, marble tops and décor into one compliant shipment per phase.
What is your minimum order and lead time for a resort project?
A trial or sample order can ship LCL so you approve build and finish first. For best pricing thereafter, our standard minimum is one 20ft full container load, and mixed-category containers are supported. Typical lead time is 30 to 45 days per batch, with urgent phases possible at a premium.
Do you make outdoor and poolside furniture that withstands weather?
Yes. For outdoor, poolside and terrace areas we use weather-tolerant woods such as acacia and teak, wrought iron, and stone, with finishes specified for sun and moisture exposure. Specify your climate — coastal, humid or high-UV — and we match wood, hardware and finish to the conditions.
Are you compliant for import into the US and EU?
Yes. We document FSC chain-of-custody, Vriksh timber-legality and ISO with SGS inspection, carry SEDEX/SMETA social audit, and are EUDR-ready with geolocation and deforestation-free due diligence. We support US Lacey Act declarations, UK Timber Regulation, CARB/TSCA finishes and ISPM-15 export packing.
Can you manufacture to our drawings and brand?
Yes — we are both ODM and OEM. Send your FF&E drawings, finish schedule and specification and we build to it, including custom CNC carving, bespoke pieces, private-label detailing and branded or retail-ready packaging for in-room programmes.
