Hotel lobby furniture, built to contract spec and shipped by the container.
We manufacture commercial-grade lobby seating, reception desks, console and coffee tables from solid wood, wrought iron and marble — made to your FF&E drawings, finished to survive constant public use, and documented for clean import into the US and EU.
A lobby is your first impression — and it takes a public-duty beating every day.
Domestic-weight furniture fails fast in a hotel lobby. We build lounge seating and tables on solid-wood and wrought-iron frames with contract-duty joinery, reinforced seating frames and hard-wearing finishes, so your centrepiece still looks specified after thousands of guests. One source handles the whole floor — reception, lounge, feature tables and décor — in a single compliant container.
Built for public use
Solid sheesham, mango, acacia and teak frames, wrought-iron bases and reinforced seating — not thin domestic construction. Finishes and foam specified for heavy footfall and constant turnover.
Made to your FF&E spec
We manufacture to your architect or designer's drawings, dimensions, finishes and upholstery (OEM), or adapt our catalogue (ODM). Custom CNC carving and bespoke pieces for signature reception and feature elements.
Project-ready supply
Own factory plus a vetted Jodhpur network fulfils a single boutique lobby or a multi-property roll-out, QC-governed, on a 30–45 day lead time. Book a factory visit on prior intimation.

Documented, verifiable and buyer-ready — before you ask.
Contract furniture clears customs on paperwork, not promises. We hold and document FSC chain-of-custody, Vriksh timber-legality and ISO quality management, with SGS third-party inspection and SEDEX/SMETA social audit. We are EUDR-ready with geolocation and deforestation-free due diligence, support US Lacey Act declarations and UK Timber Regulation, use CARB/TSCA-compliant finishes and pack in ISPM-15 heat-treated crating. CITES-compliant handling covers sheesham. Certificate numbers are shared directly with serious buyers on request.
FF&E and sourcing, answered.
Is your hotel lobby furniture commercial-grade?
Yes. Lobby pieces are built on solid-wood and wrought-iron frames with contract-duty joinery, reinforced seating frames and hard-wearing finishes made to survive constant public use — not domestic-weight construction. We build to your FF&E performance spec, including foam density, fabric rub-count and finish durability where your drawings call for them.
Can you manufacture to our interior designer's FF&E drawings?
Yes. We are an OEM manufacturer as well as an ODM catalogue house, so we produce lobby seating, reception desks, console and coffee tables to your architect or designer's drawings, dimensions, finishes and upholstery. We sample and prototype first so you sign off on wood, finish, foam and fabric before the production run begins.
What is the minimum order and lead time for a hotel project?
A trial or sample set can ship LCL (part-container). For a full lobby or multi-property roll-out, one 20ft full container load is our standard minimum for best pricing, and mixed loads — lobby, guestroom and restaurant furniture — consolidate into one container. Typical lead time is 30 to 45 days, with urgent project timelines available at a premium.
Which woods and materials suit a hotel lobby?
Sheesham, mango, acacia, teak and reclaimed wood for frames and tables; wrought iron for industrial frames and bases; marble and stone for reception and feature tops; plus leather, upholstery, cane and brass detailing. Reclaimed and FSC lines support sustainability and green-building narratives for your property.
Is the furniture compliant for import into the US and EU?
Yes. We document FSC chain-of-custody, Vriksh timber-legality and ISO quality management, with SGS inspection and SEDEX/SMETA social audit. We are EUDR-ready with geolocation and deforestation-free due diligence, support US Lacey Act declarations and UK Timber Regulation, use CARB/TSCA-compliant finishes and ship in ISPM-15 heat-treated packaging.
Do you ship assembled or flat-pack for hotels?
Both. Lounge chairs and sofas can ship assembled, while tables, desks and case goods are available knockdown/flat-pack to raise container density, cut freight per unit and reduce transit damage on larger roll-outs. We quote FOB or CIF from Mundra / Nhava Sheva.
