Hotel bedroom furniture, built to contract spec and shipped by the container.
Solid-wood beds, headboards, casegoods and wardrobes manufactured to your FF&E specification — commercial-grade, fully compliant, and consolidated into one container-ready guestroom set for properties across the US, Europe, Australia and the Gulf.
Every piece in the room, from one compliant source.
Specifying a hotel guestroom means coordinating a dozen items that must match in wood, finish and dimension. We manufacture the complete set in one factory network — so your FF&E package arrives consistent, traceable and in a single container, not chased across three suppliers.
Beds & headboards
Solid-wood and upholstered headboards, platform and box-base beds, divans and luggage benches — sized to your mattress and room layout.
Casegoods
Nightstands, dressers, writing desks, minibar and TV consoles, wardrobes and luggage racks, built in matching wood and finish.
Finishing pieces
Mirrors, floating shelves, occasional seating and décor to complete the room — the high-margin items that finish an install.
Commercial-grade build, paperwork that clears customs.
Built for daily guest use
Solid sheesham, mango, acacia and teak with wood-and-metal frames — not panel board — so pieces survive housekeeping, luggage and years of turnover. We do not position as a plywood supplier; your rooms get genuine solid wood.
Made to your FF&E spec
Send drawings, a finish schedule and fabric call-outs; we build to it as an OEM contract manufacturer. Custom CNC carving and bespoke profiles match an architect's detail or a brand standard exactly, reproduced consistently across every room.
Scale & phased delivery
From a single mock-up room to a multi-container rollout, produced in QC-governed batches on a 30–45 day lead and sequenced by floor or wing so install teams receive furniture as rooms come online.
The numbers a procurement team needs up front.
No published prices and no surprises — these are the real parameters we build hotel bedroom contracts around. Certificate numbers are shared directly with serious buyers on request.

Hotel bedroom furniture — frequently asked.
Do you manufacture hotel bedroom furniture to our FF&E specification?
Yes. We are an OEM contract manufacturer — send your design pack, finish schedule, dimensions and fabric or laminate call-outs and we build to spec. We also offer ready ODM ranges you can adapt. Typical scope covers beds and bases, upholstered and solid-wood headboards, nightstands, dressers, luggage benches, writing desks, wardrobes, minibar and TV units, and mirrors for a complete guestroom set.
What is the minimum order for a hotel project?
A trial or mock-up room can ship LCL as a part-container. For best contract pricing, one 20ft full container load (FCL) is the standard minimum thereafter, and we consolidate a full guestroom set — beds, casegoods, seating and décor — into one compliant container. Multi-container rollouts for larger properties are produced in QC-governed batches.
How durable is the furniture for commercial hotel use?
We build in solid sheesham, mango, acacia and teak with wood-and-metal frames rather than panel board, so pieces take daily guest and housekeeping use. Finishes are specified for commercial wear and we use CARB / TSCA-compliant low-emission coatings. Lot and build traceability is documented, and hardware or finishes can be specified to your contract-grade standard.
What are your lead times and how do you phase a multi-floor rollout?
Typical lead time is 30 to 45 days from approved sample; urgent orders can be expedited at a premium. For phased openings we sequence production and shipping by floor or wing so install teams receive furniture in the order rooms come online, each batch QC-checked before dispatch.
Is the furniture compliant for import into the US, EU and Gulf markets?
Yes. We document FSC chain-of-custody and Vriksh timber legality, are EUDR-ready with geolocation and deforestation-free due diligence, and support US Lacey Act declarations and UK Timber Regulation. Finishes meet CARB / TSCA formaldehyde norms, export crates are ISPM-15 heat-treated, and SEDEX / SMETA social audit plus ISO and SGS inspection back every order.
Can you match an existing room design or a brand standard?
Yes. Working to brand standards is core OEM work — we reproduce an approved prototype across every guestroom with consistent wood, finish, dimensions and hardware, and can private-label or brand the packaging. Custom CNC carving and bespoke profiles let us match an architect's detail or a heritage look exactly.
Send us the FF&E pack — we'll quote the whole guestroom.
