Commercial cafe furniture, built to survive a full service day — every day.
We manufacture solid-wood and wood-and-metal cafe tables, chairs and bar stools for operators, chains, fit-out contractors and hospitality importers — built to commercial-grade joinery, finished for daily use, and shipped worldwide from one trial order up to repeat containers.
Cafe furniture lives a harder life than home furniture. We build for that.
A cafe chair is sat in, dragged and stacked hundreds of times a day. A table meets coffee, heat and cleaning cloths from open to close. Residential furniture fails fast under that load — so our cafe ranges use heavier section timber, mortise-and-tenon and corner-blocked joinery, reinforced seat rails, and catering-friendly finishes that shrug off spills and repeated wiping. The result is furniture an operator can put straight into service and a buyer can stand behind.

What hospitality buyers ask before they order.
What makes cafe furniture commercial-grade rather than residential?
Commercial cafe furniture is engineered for constant turnover — mortise-and-tenon or corner-blocked joinery instead of staples, heavier section timber, reinforced seat rails, and hard-wearing catering-friendly finishes that resist spills, heat and repeated cleaning. We build our sheesham, mango and acacia cafe ranges, and our wood-and-wrought-iron pieces, to take daily commercial use rather than occasional home use.
Can you manufacture cafe furniture to our own design and specification?
Yes. We are both ODM (you order from our existing cafe ranges) and OEM (we manufacture to your drawings, dimensions, finishes and private-label requirements), including custom CNC machining, bespoke table sizes, logo branding and matching table-chair-stool suites for a whole fit-out or a multi-site rollout.
What is your minimum order for cafe furniture?
A trial or sample order can ship LCL (part-container) so you can approve build quality first. For best wholesale pricing thereafter, one 20ft full container load is our standard minimum, and we consolidate mixed items — tables, chairs, bar stools, banquette frames and décor — into a single compliant container.
How long does a cafe furniture order take and how does it ship?
Typical lead time is 30 to 45 days, with urgent project orders handled at a premium. We ship FOB or CIF from Mundra or Nhava Sheva, and offer knockdown / flat-pack construction to raise container density and cut freight and breakage on bulk chair and stool orders.
Is your cafe furniture compliant for import into the US and EU?
Yes. We document FSC chain-of-custody and Vriksh timber-legality, are EUDR-ready with geolocation and deforestation-free due diligence, and support US Lacey Act declarations and UK Timber Regulation. Finishes meet CARB / TSCA formaldehyde norms and export packing is ISPM-15 heat-treated.
Do you supply matching furniture for a complete cafe fit-out?
Yes. As a single compliant source we supply dining and bar-height tables, side and arm chairs, bar and counter stools, banquette and bench frames, communal tables and coordinating décor — so a designer or operator can furnish an entire cafe, or a chain of them, from one factory with one QC standard.
