Do you supply independent shops as well as retail chains?
Yes. We supply both. A single independent store can start with a trial order shipped LCL (part-container) to test a range; multi-store chains and buying groups order full containers with consistent specs, repeatable finishes and a documented compliance file for every shipment. The same factory and QC govern both.
What is the minimum order for a retailer?
A first trial or sample order can ship LCL so you can merchandise and sell-through before committing. For best wholesale pricing thereafter, one 20ft full container load (FCL) is the standard minimum. We consolidate mixed categories — furniture, décor and metalware — into one container so you can fill a floor without over-ordering any single SKU.
Can you deliver retail-ready and private-label packaging?
Yes. We produce custom, retail-ready, branded and gift packaging, including barcode and SKU labelling and flat-pack/RTA cartons that ship and merchandise efficiently. Under OEM we also build your own range to your drawings, finishes and brand — your label, not ours.
Is your furniture compliant to sell in the US, UK and EU?
Yes. We document FSC chain-of-custody, Vriksh timber-legality and SEDEX/SMETA social audit, and we are EUDR-ready with geolocation and deforestation-free due diligence. We support US Lacey Act declarations, UK Timber Regulation (UKTR), and CARB/TSCA formaldehyde-compliant finishes, with ISPM-15 export packing on every load.
How long from order to delivery, and how do you keep a range consistent on reorder?
Typical lead time is 30–45 days, with urgent orders available at a premium. We hold your approved samples, finishes and specifications on file, so a reorder matches the first run. Every piece is QC-checked before it leaves the factory.
