McGee & Co dupes — the organic-modern look, built in solid wood to order.
Your customers want that calm, warm, California-casual aesthetic without the showroom price. We recreate it in genuine solid wood — handcrafted in Jodhpur, compliant for import, and ready to carry your own brand.
The same organic-modern feel. Honest wood. A price that leaves you margin.
The look that made McGee & Co a reference point is a feeling more than a logo: pale, warm timber, soft rounded edges, turned and tapered legs, matte finishes and a quiet, layered palette. A dupe only works if it reads that way on the floor and on the product page — so we don't print it onto panel board. We rebuild it in solid mango, acacia, oak-tone sheesham and reclaimed wood, with the whitewashed and natural-oil finishes the style depends on. We are not affiliated with McGee & Co or Studio McGee, we never copy a protected design, and we build to your own drawings — so you own the result outright.
Recreated in real timber, across the room.
These are the organic-modern staples buyers search for. Order them as ready ODM designs, or send a reference and we tailor the build, finish and branding under OEM.

Private-label manufacturingWhy a manufactured alternative beats a cheap copy.
The difference between a dupe that sells and one that gets returned is the material underneath. We manufacture the organic-modern look in real timber with honest grain, with the same import compliance as our full range — so you win on price without losing on quality, legality or reviews. Flat-pack and knockdown builds keep your freight and breakage down on the larger pieces.

Private-label manufacturingMcGee & Co dupes — questions buyers ask
What are McGee & Co dupes?
They are wholesale pieces that recreate the organic-modern, warm-neutral look McGee & Co is known for — light natural and whitewashed wood, soft rounded forms, turned legs and a calm, layered aesthetic. We are not affiliated with McGee & Co and do not reproduce their protected designs. We manufacture the style in genuine solid wood — mango, acacia, oak-tone sheesham and reclaimed wood — and build to your own drawings under OEM.
Are you affiliated with McGee & Co or Studio McGee?
No. We have no affiliation, partnership or official supply relationship with McGee & Co or Studio McGee, and we do not use their name, logos or trademarks on product. We manufacture furniture in the popular organic-modern style and build to your spec, so the look buyers want is captured without infringing anyone's intellectual property.
Can you manufacture these as our own private-label brand?
Yes. We are both ODM, with ready organic-modern catalogue designs, and OEM, manufacturing to your drawings, finishes, hangtags and branded or retail-ready packaging — including Amazon-FBA-ready and gift packaging. Many clients sell the style as their own line.
What is the minimum order for a McGee & Co-style range?
A trial or sample order can ship LCL so you can test the finish and build before committing. For best wholesale pricing thereafter, one 20ft full container load is our standard minimum, and we consolidate mixed styles and categories into a single container.
Are these alternatives import-compliant for the US and EU?
Yes. Every order ships with documented FSC chain-of-custody, Vriksh timber-legality and EUDR-ready due diligence, plus US Lacey Act support, UK Timber Regulation, CARB / TSCA finishes and ISPM-15 export packing — the same compliance as our full furniture range.
How close to the original look can you get the wood and finish?
Very close. The organic-modern look is defined by pale, warm, matte timber, soft edges and honest grain — all of which we achieve with whitewashed and natural oil finishes on mango, acacia and oak-tone wood. We send a physical sample so you approve the exact wood, finish and build before the container ships.
Send us the look. We'll quote the alternative.
Share a reference image or drawing and we will match the organic-modern style in solid wood, quote FOB or CIF from Mundra / Nhava Sheva, and ship a sample so you approve the wood and finish before the container.
